I went downstairs to do a load of laundry and noticed water & some type of backup all over my laundry room, utility room and wet carpet inbetween. I didn't know where to start and gave Apex a call. Incredibly professional from the initial call through the service. They arrived in less than 30 minutes!! Quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed Ejector Pump. They had the parts and equipment to service on the spot, provided me with honest options to resolve and quickly got to work. Truly a 5-star experience all around. Called Apex to come take a look at an ejector pump i have been struggling with for a Month. Quickly diagnosed the problem of having a bad float along with the float being a poor design for the way my pit is set up. Gave a fair recommendation, quote and even the model number for something i could replace myself as its a quick but expensive fix. That right there earned my business and recommendation to family and friends for all of my future plumbing needs.

I had a drain basin fill up with sewage. Rick came over with the jetter and cleaned out about 2 feet of old stuff. Professional and kind. Now my kids and the neighbor kids can play safely in the driveway.

Please avoid them not professional at all and they riped people off we have been there customer for past 12 years but not any more I will not recommend to anybody please avoid that
