We had a clogged kitchen sink. RR was super responsive and came out to fix within 3 hours of getting in touch with their office.

I scheduled a repair for a shower head. Since weekends were an additional charge, I took an off day from work and scheduled it for first thing in the morning. When the appointment time came, no call and no show. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

I called Plumbers 911 for a clogged tub. The plumber showed up when promised and did a great job, quickly with no hassles or mess. I will definetly use them again when i need a plumber.

Got this number from H. W. H. R Chicago. Walter did not show up for the first scheduled appointment and no response was received after missing the second scheduled appointment. I will be contacting a more reliable plumber.

So this seems to be an affiliate Call center that directs plumbers vs it been a specific individual. Any random person could show up

So this place is sending “plumbers” who barely say anything when they arrive they just give you a dead stare and then throw out a quote showing price gauging. I’m shocked people like this even exists and get away … they send plumbers based on location so reviews are region specific.

I didn’t use them since their prices are ridiculous and excessively inflated

This is overdue but I had a very good experience with this company and specifically with Sam. Sam came over to me fixed a pipe and that was causing a gas leak. He was so kind, patient and professional. Sam was also very thorough. He tested everything probably more than he needed to and really put my mind at ease. I would gladly recommend this company and Sam in the future.
