Rodney was prompt, friendly, courteous, and professional. He had experience replacing the shower valve and performed the work quickly and efficiently. Baethke is expensive, but you can have confidence the work gets done correctly.

They were amazing. My bathroom and Laundry room were flooding and water coming in with every flush! They came immediately, fixed it all, and were on the way. I have never worked with such good plumbers!

Had a leak issue in our laundry room that was dripping down to tenant's apt below. Alex and Sam were able to come out the morning after I called, showed up promptly at 7am, and were able to diagnose and fix the issue within 40 minutes. I still made it to work on time! Sam is absolutely fantastic! I spoke with a few other companies before finding someone that had the expertise to do all of the work I needed done (maintenance and repair of two tankless hot water heaters, installation of another, and running a new gas line for a pool heater). Sam is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. He made sure to walk me through what he was doing and why which I really appreciate. Very happy to have found a great go-to plumber! Highly recommend!

Please avoid them not professional at all and they riped people off we have been there customer for past 12 years but not any more I will not recommend to anybody please avoid that
