My toilets were backing up. I thought I had a clog. It turned out to be a broken sump pump. They were able to get someone out in less than an hour. The plumber - Grant was very professional and extremely efficient. The price was fair and he was out in less than an hour. I hope I don't have issues in the future but if I do I will for sure call roto-rooter. Thanks Grant. Nice work.

We recently remodeled our kitchen, thought our pipes were all good. Discovered a slow leak in our basement. Reached out to Andersen plumbing to come have a look. They were able to come inspect that day and found that our main drain pipe to the sink and dishwasher were completely corroded. Our problem was fixed the next day saving us big $$$ and our beautiful new kitchen. Thank you to everyone at Andersen Plumbing for your prompt service and hard work. They were great, from Jenny's cheerful voice on the phone to Geoff's professional and efficient service. We had dropped a wedding ring down the sink. Geoff quickly retrieved it and fixed things so that next time anything falls down the drain it would be easier to get back. I chose Savior plumbers based on the multitude of positive reviews. They didn’t disappoint. A few days ago they installed a new water line quickly and professionally. They went out of their way to keep the area clean which I appreciated. They answered a few other plumbing questions I had. They were really great. I will use them anytime I need work done.

I’d called another company who quoted ridiculous amounts and frankly the guy who came out try to oversell me. Garrity had installed a hot water heater quickly for our condo building, so I called for new seals on my toilets. They were quick, efficient, well priced and on time. You cannot ask for better. So this seems to be an affiliate Call center that directs plumbers vs it been a specific individual. Any random person could show up

So this place is sending “plumbers” who barely say anything when they arrive they just give you a dead stare and then throw out a quote showing price gauging. I’m shocked people like this even exists and get away … they send plumbers based on location so reviews are region specific.

I didn’t use them since their prices are ridiculous and excessively inflated

Had an issue with a toilet that had a bad fill valve. They replaced it, it works. I was charged three hundred and fifty seven dollars. If your reading this shop around. Bob was my tech.

Called Jim after a frozen water pipe at my business, he is the best! He was there quickly, fixed the pipe and had my only bathroom back up and running before my next shift. Would absolutely recommend and use them again

Professional, answered all my questions and knew exactly what the problem was, fixed all of my 3 problems that i had in my unit. My buddie used them as well at his property and he was very happy with their work and how they handled very complicated situation at his building.If there was more star rating they definitely deserve more than 5 star!

We had a very bad experience with Ashland Plumbing when Ron came out to connect a refrigerator water line and check a seal on a toilet. At Ron's suggestion we also replaced all of the inner mechanisms in the toilet tank (flappers, valves, et cetera) on two Toto toilets as a preventative maintenance measure. Turns out after connecting the fridge, Ron never turned the water back on. After we figured this out and turned the water back on, we discovered that the connection Ron made leaked. Also, the toilet that was working fine when Ron arrived, was now running non-stop since the replaced the innards. We had him come back out and he charged us for fixing his error with the refrigerator and the toilet. They also charged not just for the time he was here, but for the driving time from their shop. Less than $150 in materials and $900 in labor. When we objected to the fee for the second service trip, they were very argumentative, rude and unaccommodating. Be aware that they will start charging $166/hour when they get in their vehicle and not when they arrive.
