Best New Hot Water Heater Installation in Chicago IL

With the recent cold snap, we had a pipe freeze. Called Rescue Plumbing because they've done great work for us in the past, and they were able to get someone out by early afternoon. Fred and his partner were fantastic! Personable and respectful of our home. Listened to what we'd tried and agreed that it was a frozen pipe. Gave us options and quickly got to work on our chosen route. Had everything taken care of in a snap and avoided a burst pipe. Rescue Plumbing came through for us once again and will continue to be our go-to for any plumbing need!

Dax from Rescue Plumbing was awesome! Called Friday evening for a leak under the sink and he was there within a few hours. Stopped the link and recommend a new faucet, which he came back first thing Saturday morning to install, because I didn’t have a new faucet in hand at 9pm Friday night and stores were closed. Excellent service! We will only call Dax and Rescue Plumbing in the future.

Chris and Brendan from Goode Plumbing helped me by installing a new water heater and replacing a pernicious leaky outdoor spigot. They professionally and creatively addressed all the issues, and did not finish until everything was working perfectly to my expectations. Great job !

Hiring a plumber is nerve-wracking. Would I get a fair price? Would the work be done right or would it just be a quick fix? It's hard to find good people to work with! But wow, John and his team are honest, professional, thorough, and do incredible work. They've helped us with a few projects in our house and are always prompt, communicative, and pleasures to work with. They are upfront about cost and prices are very fair, always providing top quality service and work. They really look out for their clients and the longevity of their homes.

We've used Mike for several different issues, both for our unit and for our condo building, and Mike has always been quick, professional, and reasonable priced. Most recently, we had a gas leak in our unit so we had to have all of our lines repaired. We got three quotes from plumbers: Mike's quote was the cheapest and he was the only who could fix the problem right away, which he did. Win-win-win.

Donal and his crew went above and beyond to fix our leaks and seepage in our basement. They installed a sump pump and waterproofed our basement. Incredible customer service -Donal was/is responsive to all questions and explained everything thoroughly.

I tried to fix the problem on my own, but needed some professional help. I had seen Joe referred from the Dunning Community Discussion and Board Facebook page so I reached out. He was very responsive and we quickly set up a time for him to check out the problem. He gave me a good quote and was out by the end of the week to do the job. He even worked on a Saturday to get the job done sooner. It was a great experience, and I’ll call him for any future plumbing work.
