Vanguard is our go to plumbing repair team. Jan and George are friendly, responsive, and professional. We needed the gas line that runs to over new over moved. I spoke with Jan, sent him pics of the projects for got everything schedule in a few hours on a Saturday. They came out Mon morning and found a solution without needing to rip out any kitchen cabinets. They explained each step, answered any questions and cleaned up after they finished. Plus they were good sports about letting my kids and dog hang out to watch.

They were able to promptly give us an estimate and complete the work needed. I was very impressed with how thorough and quickly they were able to remotely communicate and send photos of the work they did and communicate with us.

Jay and Jr. came to the house to detect the source of a leak. They removed a small portion of the ceiling in the basement and quickly identified the issue. Initially I thought it might be a leaky sink which was backing up, it was not. It was the toilet. Jay quoted a price for the toilet and to also rout out the sink. As it turned out, the sink didn’t need routing, just a stopper clog, simple. Jay removed the toilet, cleaned out the old, re-installed the bolts and reseated the toilet. Unfortunately it didn’t work. Made some adjustments, no go. The solution was to replace the original cast iron below and redo where the toilet sits. The quote was significant. Jay said he would not charge for today, but would do the project the day after. To no fault of Jay and jr. I had run into a friend who has done contract work on our block and he found a different solution to try. I called Rescue to explain and cancel and Jay and I spoke with regards to the cancellation. He was above and beyond professional and respectful of my decision. Most notably, Jay would not accept payment for his work since he said he did not fix the problem. I said I had no problem paying for his time, experience and identifying the issue, but he would not accept the payment.

Although I believe professionals should be paid for their time, I respect jay’s decision and will, reluctantly honor it. But, In the future, I will call on Jay to service my plumbing needs. He was knowledgeable, personable, respectful, explained every detail—like a master’s class in plumbing.

Power plumbing has always delivered top notch service. I feel Ray and the crew who she schedules also go out of their way to explain my options and how my plumbing systems, water heaters, etc. work. They are honest, professional and accommodating.

I can't say enough good things about John Love and his team. We had a very bad situation in our basement and John was able to come over the same day. Because it was such an emergency, he rearranged some thing so that he could address it for us immediately. He has been incredibly helpful, thorough, and has been helping us stay calm the whole time. He even helped us find contractors to address the issues caused by our plumbing problem. We feel lucky to have found him! Thanks John!

I requested a water heater repair and they told me that a service call to come out will be $59 and then they will tell me the price for repair, the service call fee would come out of the repair cost of I decide to go with them.
A guy comes out quickly, tells me in order to even tell me what's wrong with the heater and to run diagnostic on it, it will be another $474!!!! $59 includes him knocking on my door basically, nothing else. I know my water heater is not working, I know what I did to come to this conclusion, I don't need to spend $59 for someone else to tell me this. Don't waste your money, go with a smaller firm. Complete ripoff, never again.

I have use Bubba & Wayne a couple times now. They are prompt, thorough & very reasonably priced! This past weekend we had a back up in our tenants bathroom. They came out and rodded out the line, then determined it needed to be hydro-jetted. They said they'd be back the next morning at 8am and showed up at 7:30! I can't recommend Bubba & Wayne enough! They are my go to sewer guys!!!

Highly recommend Sam and Savior Plumbers for their prompt and knowledgeable services and reasonable prices. They were the 3rd quote I had come out to fix a leaking kitchen faucet and the only ones who would execute to completion. We have bad shut off valves, and the other plumbers I called would not fix the faucet without a full building shut off. We will be replacing all our shut off valves with Sam and reaching out to Savior Plumbers first for all our future plumbing needs.

Been using Garrity plumbing for years - they are professional, skilled, and priced very rrasonably. They redid all the pipes in my house when I bought it 4 years ago and we haven't had a single issue with it since. Would highly recommend!

So the person who fixed my urinal was of great help and did his job thoroughly. The business model for this company isn't very professional or honest. I was told it would be $250 to stop my urinal from leaking. Little did I know it takes 15 seconds to shut off the water.....charging $250 for that is excessive. I asked them to repair the urinal and he told me he waived the $250 fee since Im using them to fix my urinal. Apparently, it was only a tiny little gasket that needed to be replaced and that only took no more than 10 minutes. I thought that was great and assumed I would get a better rate considering they thought it could have been much worse where it was a job that would take a couple of hours.. I was completely wrong.....I was charged $450 to change a tiny gasket in my urinal that took a total of 10 minutes...won't be using their service anymore.
