Knowledgable, but expensive. I believe no matter what they did they were going to charge me $580. But they were persistent and solved my issue. They also came out same day to diagnose, which was helpful.

I have received professional and courteous service twice from this company. Both technicians dispatched to my unit to conduct repairs were knowledgeable and willing to help. Although there were some initial communication impediments, the company worked through them to resolve my issue (gas leaks). I would recommend this group of professionals to my friends/family. I would use them again for future needs.

John from Power Plumbing did a great job in replacing a bad seal on our toilet. At first I was leery because they charge by the hour, but he fixed the toilet so quickly and also put a better/upgraded seal so this wouldn’t happen again for a long time. There could be a little bit more organization they don't keep videos on file so make sure you get a copy. I had to have them come out and check on my sewer lines that they had scoped for me about nine months ago. They just showed up, luckily I was there. The guys that got there, it was almost like they were prepared for a battle with me or something... Maybe they were just busy and a little short, either way the rest of the job went similarly till the end where I was accused of accusing them of something which I never did, obviously some sort of miscommunication. At the end of the day, the work got done, I was happy enough - if you want to try to understand the process, I don't think one of the guys I got really liked to be asked questions about the process, I'm sure your experience may differ from mine. I had ended up getting a hydro jet and they cleared out another line for me. I would call them again, like I said the experience I received was a little odd but nothing out of the ordinary for contractors these days 3.5 stars will give them 4

The girl answering your phones is incredibly rude and doesn't speak clearly. Called on a very hot July 3rd to get the air conditioning fixed, huge mistake. The phone call was extremely rushed and my issue did not get resolved.

I called Cathy about 2 weeks ago to get a rate for someone to come out to take a look at my toilet. She told me they charged $169 for the 1st 30 mins and $169/hr thereafter. However, when I got my bill, I was charged for a truck service fee and a fee for using a rod. She took off the truck fee when I complained but she said that I only asked for rates and not what it would cost when I originally asked for a guy to come out. This strikes me as not being honest about the intent of getting a price. With such an attitude towards service, I cannot recommend them any less.
