These guys were extremely helpful. Our systems backed up and we were unable to get anyone to come out and help us. These guys answered the call and promptly came by and fixed everything the same day. They were helpful and informative. We had some follow up questions and their team was prompt to schedule follow up visits and help us troubleshoot (issues turned out to be totally unrelated to the product installed as well as their installation, but they helped us out to determine the cause all the same, it was incredibly generous!) Would recommend for sure!

I reached out to Vanguard to repair an old gas line in our backyard and install a natural gas grill connector. Jan from Vanguard responded promptly, asked for information and provided an estimate within a day. Once I accepted the estimate, we scheduled and since I was flexible on the timing, Jan kept me appraised of their earliest availability. The two gentlemen who came from Vanguard arrived on time, were polite and efficient. They explained what they needed to do, offered suggestions to make the gas outlet safer, and walked me through the safety protocols. They did a great job, cleaned up and I felt confident in the work that was performed. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience given my own lack of knowledge in this area. Thanks Vanguard!

Trevor came out to give me a quote. He was quick, professional, and easy to work with. Today, Chip came out to clean some drains and fix some toilets and he and his partner did an excellent job and communicated clearly what was going on with my plumbing. Chicagoland Quality Plumbing is amazing. I highly recommend them. They are professional and know what they're doing. I called 4 other plumbers before I could find someone who could install my Aquasana Whole House water filtration system. Edwin was not only knowledgeable, but he was also professional, efficient and creative. When I say creative, I mean that he had to work around the challenges of my 120 year old house to fit the pipes properly. In the end he did a great job and he took the time to show me how to use it properly.

I highly recommend Sandoval plumbing. He did an excellent job with resolving our kitchen plumbing. He knows his work and has fair prices.

Plumber was due 11-3; he arrived at 3; he left at 3:18. He was rude and arrogant. I was quoted a price for an hour of service; he added on $40 for a nut or bolt that he used. You live and learn; I will not use this service again.

Kavana's plumbing, which is owned and operated by Henry, is an excellent contractor for plumbing services. Henry is a thoughtful, caring professional. I reached out to Kavana's to repair a Rheem HWH. Before scheduling the appointment Henry walked me through a multitude of tasks I could self-perform to repair the unit on my own. Unfortunately, those attempts failed, but it gave me confidence in Henry's ability and showed me the care he brings to his clients and his craft. Thank you Henry.

Erick and Cesar did a terrifc job. They promised to stop my shower leak for the agreed-upon price. They completed the project professionally and on time. I recommend them.

They were extremely professional and the job was done just as discussed (check valve and eductor pump). My basement flooded during a massive storm but they came out right away to give me a quote and got it done quickly after I called to schedule it. Would definitely use them again!
