Vanguard plumbing has excellent customer service. George came to our house on time to check our sewer lines in the house. When he used the camera in the sewer pipes he did a great job explaining to me what was going on underground.

Jam and his crew came over to pump out our catch basin, this was super quick and the guys did great job cleaning up and putting everything back like they were never there.

Hopefully I won’t have to call them anytime soon, but if I do have a problem I will call Vanguard Plumbing.

We had several gas leaks in our house. The gas company turned the gas off, and we were anxious about not have gas for several days. Luckily Goode respond and was at our house within a couple hours. They repaired leaks in about 10 spots! Adan was our plumber. He is professional, friendly, and did high quality work.

Henry hands-down exemplifies true 24/7 service. When my ejector pump was malfunctioning at 1am, he answered the phone! He took his time walking me through temporary mitigation steps for my situation so I can go to bed in peace. The next morning, he showed up and patiently explained the situation and solution before getting to work on replacing the pump switch and check valve. I received a fair price for his time, no price gouging like many other companies tend to do when someone is in urgent need of service. Thank you Henry, I'm going to be a repeat client!

A little while back I called John to fix the leak in my shower. The house was built in 1950 and John determined the problem was in the faucets - that were original to the house. He has connections and was actually able to find the antique parts to fix the faucets! Most recently there was a kitchen clogged drain (a slight understatement!) that needed unplugging, partially due to the fact that the previous plumber didn't really do the job. This kitchen drain turned into a major job, with pipes to be replaced and bypasses to be made. It was a LOT of work, but John and his worker were troopers and they got it all done in one day. They also reset the toilet which had started sliding around on the floor. To say that I am happy with the work in an understatement! A+ work!

I called Mike about my kitchen sink being clogged. He arrived expeditiously and power rodded the drain and cleaned out the sink itself. I had thought that my garbage disposal may need to be replaced, but he inspected it and told me it was fine. He didn't try to sell me a garbage disposal that I didn't need. I appreciate that very much.

There was a leak in my downstairs neighbor's bathroom ceiling. I called yesterday afternoon, and first thing this morning, I had a plumber. He was able to quickly identify the issue and fix it. Although fixing the toilet addressed the issue, he did check to make sure the sink and shower were not creating an issue. I hope I don't need a plumber again, but I will call REI Plumbing if I do.

I'll start by stating that Green Tech Plumbing is the ONLY company that returned our call for the repair we required (and we're so grateful they did). Green Tech Plumbing is wonderful! I initially spoke to Bill, who helped tame the anxiety I had about the large, underground job we needed. Bill put me in touch with Kevin who was so patient & answered all of my questions. Ryan is the plumber who, along with his helpers, talked us through the process and did an amazing job rerouting our leaking underground supply line. We stumbled on to 4S Plumbing unwittingly through a referral from another plumber that wasn't able to help us. It was a happy accident though. Our plumber Tim was not only professional but an all-around nice guy who was happy to answer questions and look at other plumbing and leak issues around the house.

Tim had come to replace a kitchen faucet, but by the end of the visit our jammed garbage disposal was working and our previously useless upstairs bath had water pressure. Except for the faucet, these were all relatively simple fixes that a less scrupulous plumber could have easily have used to run up the bill. At the end of the day, half of our household maintenance list was checked off, and our bill was less than $400.

As for the backend, Bill responded immediately to our call, scheduling Tim's visit within a few hours. Billing was prompt, and all labor and parts charges were clearly delineated in an email receipt, which we were able to pay online.

In short, 4S is prompt, professional, modern and above all incredibly honest.
