Quick attention and great service! They listened to our problem and advised us on the best path forward (immediate service for an additional fee or wait for a day, etc). They also came early and were done within an hour!

We hired him to repair the downspout pipe and water service line leak in the patio. They did a good job and came back to adjust the shut off valve after the patio paver was restored.

These people are the epitome of shady plumbers. A repair had to be conducted in a hurry and someone less knowledgeable had to supervise it and they saw $ signs and took advantage of the situation. Charged $850 to replace a shower cartridge and a toilet mechanism - $50 of parts and 30 minutes of work for them. Refused to provide a detailed invoice (that I needed for reimbursement). Actually did not use the right shower cartridge the first time, but hid it and charged the money anyway. Only when I called them out on it, since the shower did not work right, they came back to fix the shower for real. Avoid, unless you want to be ripped off by a couple of shady characters.

I called Matt on Memorial Day morning and within a couple hours he took time away from his family and came over and fixed a plumbing issue with our bathtub faucet - a heavy leak that required turning the water off to the whole house. He arrived on time (despite the short notice on a holiday!), was very nice, pleasant, and professional, and fixed the problem in no time. And the price was quite reasonable, especially considering the circumstances. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely be calling him again should another plumbing issue arise. I had a great experience with Savior plumbing! To make a long story short, after a terrible smell and seeing water pouring out of my ejector pit, I knew there was a problem that needed to be taken care of right away. I started my search for a plumber, after leaving voicemails for 3 different companies, Savior actually answered their phone! The woman I spoke with was very helpful and empathetic. After explaining my story, she said she needed a few minutes but would definitely get someone out to me that day. Within 10 minutes she had a plumber come out to see me. When Henry showed up, he immediately told me that I needed a new ejector pit and quoted me a reasonable price. He said that he would do his best to be back by 5 with the pump and would have it done. Amazingly, he showed up at 3pm, explained exactly what he was doing and fixed the problem without issue. Henry could have easily pushed me off to the end of the day or the next day, but he made my issue a priority and took care of it. From the first phone call to the moment Henry left, my experience with Savior Plumbing was excellent, and I know exactly who to call if I need a plumber again. Thanks Savior!

These guys were on time, they called 30 minutes before and told us exactly when they'd be here. They took a quick pic of our pipes behind our basement bathroom and after talking for a while about our issues they gave us some at home solutions we could try ourselves before we paid for a more expensive and in depth option. This speaks volumes on the integrity of a business. Hire these guys, they know what they're doing and they are not after your pockets.
