Rescue plumbing answered my call on the weekend and were at my door ns less than 2 hours. Pete and Noah were very quick to diagnose the problem that was leading to leakage and fixed the issue. Would recommend

The plumber, Dan, was excellent. He was thorough and explained all of the work that needed to be done. He also explained all of the price points for my options with great detail. I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He completed the job in a fast and efficient manner. I was extremely pleased with the service and I would recommend this company to anyone.

I've been trying to fix this toilet for a week... after my defeat I called rotorooter. They had an amazing professional, Fidan, come within the hour. He was kind, professional and extremely efficient. I will be calling again when I need them and will be asking for him specifically.

My family and I have used this company whenever something goes wrong with our plumbing. Great company. The quality is very good. I especially like Dan the tech who has came out. He's extremely friendly and walks us through everything before they start. I would definitely recommend this company for any and all plumbing issues.

Initially I reached out to Rob's shop because they were local and I like the idea of working with small businesses. Unfortunately, that is what plagued them in the end.

My needs were not an urgent plumbing matter- my shower only dispensed really hot water, borderline scalding, which is not pleasant to use, but I've been dealing with it for a few months now.

After playing some phone tag to reach them, I was able to explain my needs to Ralph. He promised he would call me back the next day with a quote on the work and to schedule a time to come out. Three days later I still had not received a follow-up call. I called in and had to re-explain my needs to a different guy, but ultimately he had to have Ralph call me back to schedule a time.

We scheduled them to come out on a Wednesday morning. I took the morning off of work to be home while they worked. They said they would be there between 7-7:30 and didn't show until 8:30. After taking my shower apart, they informed me they did not have the right part and needed to visit their supplier and would have to take my part with them. They also informed me that it could not be done in the same day and they would have to come back tomorrow. There was also the chance that it would be a different technician. I was not very comfortable with the idea that the guy who would be putting it back together was not the same person who took it apart.

It was the end of the day and I still had not heard from Ralph about when they would be coming out the next morning - I'll have to take off from work then too. I called in and Ralph informed me that they do not have enough guys to send out tomorrow and would have to wait until at least Friday before they could come out. This puts me without a usable shower for 2 days. They did eventually complete the job and which was satisfactory.

Bottom line is they are a small shop and they operate like one. Their prices were a little high. You might expect a lower price given they have less overhead than a bigger company.

Has knowledgeable plumbers and capable companies to help with any plumbing need

To keep it simple, Eric did everything he said he would do. He completed my plumbing project on time, at the cost he quoted, and was a true contracting professional. I would highly recommend him on your next plumbing job.

My mom has a building in the Lakeview area that we rent out to college students. We had issues with the toilet and contacted Apex plumbing who was highly recommended by a neighbor. They were able to come out right away and check out the problem. The tenants had clogged the toilet with tampons! Note to self: do not flush down feminine products. Apex was able to unclog the toilet and clear the pipes!! Highly recommend! The plumber was knowledgeable and professsional. The job was also affordable.

Nowadays with companies trying to cut corners and not provide you the type of service that you're lo expecting. Able was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them.

So this seems to be an affiliate Call center that directs plumbers vs it been a specific individual. Any random person could show up

So this place is sending “plumbers” who barely say anything when they arrive they just give you a dead stare and then throw out a quote showing price gauging. I’m shocked people like this even exists and get away … they send plumbers based on location so reviews are region specific.

I didn’t use them since their prices are ridiculous and excessively inflated

Sam was absolutely exceptional. From our email communications before he was able to come out which gave us peace of mind while we waited for service, to fixing our issue in a timely and most professional manner today. He took the time to explain the problem, how he would fix it, and answered all of my questions. He even took a peak at some of the other issues/questions I had around the house that had to do with plumbing. So knowledgeable, so nice and honest, and you can tell he really cares about the work he does. We need more people in your field like Sam.

Update: Forgot to post this edit way back. Taking it from 5 stars to 2. Why? Because after I left my original review I discovered TJ spent a few minutes he was unattended at my home plastering every appliance/pump in my basement with big MNN stickers that were impossible to remove. Really didn’t appreciate that and thought it was a slimy marketing tactic, especially without my permission.Got a visit from the Sewage Fairy on a Saturday morning. Surprised to find a backup coming from our clean out in the basement. Called MN&N, got what I'm guessing was an after hours answering service. Was not the most pleasant call, but after that I promptly received a call from TJ who was at my place within an hour. He resolved the problem (roots in the sewer line) in no time and recommended future preventive service to keep this from happening again. Price was a little bit higher than what I expected, but the service was prompt, professional and local. I'd use them again and would recommend them to others.
