Best Hydro Jet Rodding in Chicago IL
Needed a drain cleared. George and Chris were professional, got the job done, and left the work area clean. Jan followed up the next day to make sure everything was flowing smoothly and I was satisfied with the work.

Father and son replaced my main water line coming from the city valve (bbox) to the inside main valve which it was about 5.5 feet underground. The city don't cover this so its on your own responsibility and call a plumping company. Paul gave me a good price, they said it was a flat price so they did a trenchless method and did 3 holes 2 outside and 1 inside about 2 ft x 2 ft inside. It took them about 3 days to do the work and about 3.5 weeks to get the permit from the city. They replaced the line with a new 1 in copper k line straight from the b box and replaced my inside valve too. The inside had tile so what they did they backfill all holes the inside with cement but i was responsible for the tile...the outside they did about 4 in with sand to protect the pipes and back fill with the same dirt. Overall i have more pressure since i had 3/4 galvanized pipe very very corroded with several leaks. I had water going inside the house from leaks but i also heard the pipe making loud noises like if someone was using the water usually at night you can hear it clearly so thats how i found out is was a leak and from were. The price was better than other companies. It was my first time contacting them but i would recommend them for similar projects. I was the one who replaced part of my drywall since it had mold from water coming in,they did not do that incase you are worried that they will.

Was having an issue with our dishwasher not draining, called up Apex who said they could come out the next day for free estimate. Plumber named Chaz came out to my house, friendly personable guy who took his time and explained to me what the possible issues were and was upfront about costs. Clean cut friendly guy who fixed the problem right and in a timely manner and haven't had a problem since. I have their magnet on my fridge now, would definitely call again.

As we go through life, there are individuals who make a difference. Juan Zarate, the owner of Go Rooter Emergency Plumbers is one of those people. As consumers, we only call a plumber if we re canoeing in our basements or having to buy a submarine to traverse the house -thus we are certainly in no position to barter or negotiate when calling for emergency plumbing service. It is also well known that plumbers are often lumped in with used car salesman for their underhanded tactics, and shady dealings. Such is NOT the case with Go-Rooters Emergency Plumbers. Juan Zarate is what all plumbers should attempt to aspire to. He is by far, one of the most conscientious human beings I have ever met and that is only exceeded by his honesty. Not only does he solve your immediate plumbing problem, he explains what needs to be done to maintain your pipes, clearly, concisely and at a price you can afford. His work is top notch, he is prompt and professional. In my instance, I was taking heavy water from our recent heavy rains in my basement. I called Juan at 7:00 A.M., he was at my house by 8, and my problem was solved by 9:15 -where else in THIS city can you get such service, AND peace of mind? If you are in need of a plumber, I encourage you, I urge you, to call Go Rooter Emergency Plumbers- you will not be disappointed and you will also certainly have a new friend in Juan Zarate

Had to replace my water heater. They came the next day and showed up on time. They were able to replace it that day and were professional and respectful of my home. I have had other plumbing work done by Blanton and it has always been a good and professional experience.11/13/20 I had a clogged kitchen drain that is connected to a failing galvanized pipe that will eventually have to be replaced. Sean and Jacob came out and were able to clean the drain and make it usable for the time being. Sean was able to then explain what the future pipe work would entail and how he could do it working with my walls and causing the least invasion. He described it in easy to understand terms. They were on time, professional, and tidy.

I have had a very poor experience with this company.
First, they missed their appointment and didn’t give me any notification - they never showed up day of. I was told they would come first thing the following morning but the plumber did not arrive until the afternoon.
I hired them for a simple job of replacing a leaky valve and also replacing a water faucet I had already purchased. Ultimately, I was charged $520 (labor alone) for what I would consider a basic job. The service fee of $120 was not waived or deducted from the final bill.
After the job, I noticed a pool of water below the sink and had to call him back. Even after the second visit, there was still a leak so I had to call him back a 3rd time to finally finish the job.
Lastly, I was supposed to get a quote for installing a disposal but that never came even though I asked for it twice.
Huge waste of time and money.

We had Mike out this morning to repair our sump pump. Basically an emergency plumbing issue that couldn’t wait. He was prompt, fast and explained everything in detail. We are now back up and running! Thank you!

PROFESSIONAL POLITE PROMPT.... I can't tell you how pleased I am with Apex... I called after reading the reviews Chuck the owner answered the call. He sent his men out ...I was amazed how quickly the crew came to my home... They fixed the job and left the place looking better then when they came. I am very pleased with everything they did..I wish I could give more stars .. Highly recommend. Prices are fair...maybe not the cheapest but well worth every penny. Felt safe being home alone with them...

Have a large tree in parkway with my sewer line under it. Have used Bubba and Wayne for over ten years for a once a year cleaning. Gas line replacement crew in fall used cameras in everyone’s sewer , saw lots of roots . Now twice a year cleaning, we have old clay pipes and they are careful . Also had them repair mortar in catch basin. We also get senior discount

$688.37 to replace the sink and water filter faucets and soap dispenser. They did something (installed a piece of wood underneath) that made the water filter leak underneath the sink, telling me that they couldn’t fix it and for us to go find the tube, replace it ourselves and fix it?. Called and owner told me that we created the issue after trying to change the tube. What??? No responsibility or just saying, “we are professional plumber and we fix issues, not crate them and walk away. The leak is so bad that we have to turn off the sink water and hire a new plumber to come fix it...So frustrating. Unbelievable!!
