We had a difficult clog badly located under our 130 year old house that required urgent attention. We, by the way, had a significant sewer line issue some 10 months as well. To make a long story short like the first time we called Roto-Rooter we were extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism of their service. They, on the phone, were extremely courteous, the two technicians who came were extremely knowledgeable and particular kudos to Spiro (Tech # 3104) who worked extremely hard and diligently until the very thorny problem got totally resolved. Because of the age of this house it was not an easy clog to remove, it required entry into the line at both end and Spiro only left when he was 100% concerned and satisfied that the pipes were cleaned perfectly.

I wonder how fast this plumber is while responding to any new concern. The dispatcher is always ready and will connect you to the best plumber in no time. The quality of their work is also great. Check them out.

Tom was awesome. Gave me a great quote on toilet repair. Cash. And was done within 30 mins. Just like the other reviews very friendly, explained what he did and said if thr problem happened soon to just let him know because it could be other issues. Cleaned up afterwards , put everything back which wasnt necessary...lol. I would hire Tom again for plumbing issues in a heartbeat. Great neighborhood plumber in Dunning area.

showed up with 1 hr of calling. the part needed had to be ordered. the plumber told me to either install it myself or hire a handyman when it comes in as it's an easy job that doesn't justify his $140/hr. real nice guy and honest.

They came out promptly just after a 5-6 am phone call and inspected the issue. While we get the building owners approval for repairs the plumber was kind enough to let us know which facilities we could still use. My water heater was leaking so I went through my home insurance to make a claim. Home insurance sends out these clowns. 4S plumbing reports back to my insurance that the water heater needs to be replaced and that I need $415 in other parts not covered by the insurance company. I wasn’t there when the new water heater got installed. They did replace the water heater but also made out with $415.
The tech told me the $415 was for labor. Scammers.
The insurance covers the labor. All I should of payed was the deductible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
If you do read good reviews it’s probably them that are writing them.

If possible, please avoid this company like the plague. They have no sense of professionalism or courtesy. We have dealt with them on multiple occasions before and actually had to hire a different group of plumbers to assess the situation. We have them the information of where we were told the leak was by a group that can actually do their jobs.They completely disregarded our comments and continued to do whatever work they deemed “correct”. We are only using them because the home owners association is forcing us to even though they have not been able to solve this problem for the past year and a half. They also just destroyed our entire shower wall because they are still unable to find the problem. 0/10
