I called Vanguard in the morning and they asked for some pics to find the right part ahead of time. They called back an hour later and were at my house by lunch. Vanguard did an awesome job and made sure everything was working well before they left.

When it comes to anything related to plumbing issues you always dread the call and the whole process of getting it fixed. Not with this company. The whole process, start to finish was professional, easy and pleasant.

I highly recommend 24 HR Emergency Plumber Chicago INC who came out to replace my 15 year old water valve and irrigation valve. I was worried at first but from how they handled the situation, they gave me another reason to trust them and probably hire them if need be.

Drew came and fixed my clogged pipe in minutes. He saved the day! Would call for service again.

Great service, fair pricing

I had an emergency with my water heater. I call Zuniga's Plumbing and they came within 2 hours and got the job done! Very knowledgeable and professional. I give them 5 stars!! I highly recommend Zuniga's Plumbing if you want the job done right the first time!!

They do good work, but the amount they up charge is unbelievable. Here are their rates: $198 for the first hour; $89 for each 1/2 hour after. I was charged for 2 1/2 hours of labor.

I had a plumbing job at 7 am and he spent 20 mins figuring out the situation. The plumber says he needs to get the part. I have camera footage of him leaving at 7:23 am and he comes back at 9:03 am with the part. He takes 10 mins to complete the installation and he’s out of my house at 9:15. I don’t receive an invoice until 3 weeks later (they used to give it to you on the spot) and this plumber writes his time out as 9:30 am. He has the audacity to upcharge me another 1/2 hour when he already billed me while he was out of my house for over an hour and a half from 7:23 to 9:03 am.

*edit: they made things right and gave me a credit, but still don’t think the plumber should’ve done that to me

Lastly, my observation of Mr. Ballard, with his two young staff people was exceptional and his teaching methods sharing his from what I understand is over 30 years of experience. CJ Plumbing did an outstanding job diagnosing and repairing a clogged roof drain on our school building. Our building is very old which meant the drain pipes were difficult to reach and work on. But these guys took care of the problem and were done within a day. CJ plumbing does excellent work and gets the job done quickly.

We had a big project to do - total gut rehab of an old Chicago greystone. REI worked with my contractor and got things done! There were no project delays with REIs work! Donal was in regularly checking on quality and timeliness. Donal even taught my GC a thing or two! 10

We reached out online on a Sunday for a shower cartridge issue. We received an email that evening confirming that they should be able to help early in the week. We received a prompt touchpoint on Monday AM for an afternoon visit from Jeff. He was on time, informative, and walked us through all our options and explained ahead of time the potential costs of each. Lucky for us, the cheapest and easiest option worked and he quickly fixed our problem. We felt comfortable and confident in their approach at every step and appreciate that they didn’t just say we needed to replace the part for several hundred more dollars! Thank you team. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I can save a singe customer from the experience I have had over the past month! I had a pipe burst around Christmas and this service came out to defrost my pipes. Since they responded I decided to use them for a rerouting. The plumber was not only late but showed up at 7pm and stayed till midnight rerouting. The plumber had to come back several days later to finish the installation because my contractor had to redo some framing. One of the laundry valves they installed leaked and it took the plumber several days to come out, however the valve was never replaced. Like others have said, the owner is in a meeting, little to no response, and after almost a week of no shows and no communication, a different plumber showed up (after I started to request return of payment) and installed a wash tub hook up that was supposed to be done at the same time as the laundry, as he was leaving I said there is a leak and he told me he had spilled water. Pipe was still leaking about 2 hrs later I called them to come back… the plumber tried to tell me it was “ground water leaking” until I pointed out the leak in the cold water valve they had installed the week prior. This is how they left my new drywall…. I’m praying their work holds up but am skeptical! Please save yourself the headache and heartache! Hopefully their contract holds up if there is any further issue!
