Just had Pete and his son, Noah, come by for a faucet installation and they were true gentlemen throughout the process. $170 to come out and tell me I need a new sump pump. They didn’t explain any technical problem with the pump just that I needed a new one. I would’ve been better off with a mom and pop plumbing service to be more detailed and give me more clarity.

We have used Rocket no less than half a dozen times over the last few years for our condo in downtown Chicago. They have repaired everything from leaking shower pans (which required cutting out part of the downstairs ceiling & multiple visits to resolve the source issue) to replacing a failing ejector pump. Always on time, efficient, professional and easy to deal with - we call them first for any plumbing issues and have referred to friends as well. While plumbing issues are a headache, we always know Rocket will make it as painless as possible to resolve!

Performed a complete reconfiguration to replace and repair the broken drainage copper pipe from the kitchen sink. Also installled new replacement Zoeller sump pump on the same day. Will recommend Zunica if you have an emergency.

I live in an apartment with really old pipes and I’ve had a few plumbers come out to try and fix my shower drain with no luck.
I had Logan and his crew with rescue plumbing come and help me out with what I thought was an impossible clog. They fixed what 3 other plumbers could not.
They were professional, kind, and above all efficient. They explained the whole procedure and they explained the risks involved.
If I ever have any drain problems I am 100% coming back to rescue plumbing and I recommend them to anyone who’s who has a drain problem that other plumbers couldn’t fix.

Mike and Miguel came out and replaced my P-Trap. They did an excellent job, they were very professional, cleaned up after themselves left no dirt behind at all. and got the job done in a timely manner. I will definitely use their services again for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber.

Chas came out to quote the cleaning of my catch basin. I had just experienced a clogged sewer that had to be rodded and I used a different company. The other company tried to back me into a corner and get me to commit to some costly repairs when I was in a desperate situation. I told Chas the story and he advised me on all my options. I could say a lot of bad things about the other company, but I will just say that I will call Apex for any future needs. Give them a call!

I highly recommend you work with him as some other companies we called said we needed to replace everything but Sam’s expertise proved that only one part needed to be replaced, saving us money and earning our trust!
