if i could leave negative stars, i would. the short version is this: i scheduled an appt for an estimate on a new outside faucet installation. i asked if their quote was acceptable, when could the work begin. was told same day. RR gave me a 4-hour window. serviceman showed up 2.5 hrs after the window ended. when he showed, he didn't come prepared to do any work. after looking at my setup in the basement for about 10 seconds, he said a thousand dollars. say what? i had already researched and thought somewhere in the range of 200-500 would be acceptable. asked if he could give breakdown of parts and labor. he wrote up invoice without breakdown and said this is the price. called 2 other local plumbers, one quoted 180 and the other 325. will never call RR again. total price gouge and unprofessional.

We’ve had Vanguard repair two toilets and they did a great job. What I really appreciate is that Jan has you send photos/video over email so he can give you a quote right away. He’s very responsive and the issues were corrected both times.

We met VDB in the early 2000’s and began working with and getting to know them while replacing an ancient boiler with a modern, efficient model. We have worked with them ever since on plumbing / heating projects from minor repairs to conversion to overhead sewer. Sound advice, excellent workmanship and there when you need them. VDB are true to their word and worth what you pay, we highly recommend them.

Dmitry was super helpful and professional. His plumber Lenny came right on time, did all work within the time frame and was super friendly and helpful.
I called these guys just from a random internet search when we needed some plumbing done in our bathroom. We've had a lot of backup issues on the tub and sink, and no plumbers wanted to help us for a long-term fix over the years. Dmitry came in to look at the problem and immediately knew how to fix it. He even fixed our water pressure in about 5 seconds!
We've been looking for a go to plumber since we bought our house 8 years ago and I believe we finally found our guys! Thank you CJ plumbing! We'll talk again soon and we'll definitely refer you to any friends and family who are looking for plumbing work!

I was recommended to Juan and his team by a family member who had glowing reviews of her own experience. Let me say they were amazing and I would highly recommend! We had a major leak in our spare bedroom tub into our kitchen ceiling. My husband is pretty handy and could not find the source at all. Juan came over with his materials and diagnostic tools and was able to find the source, explain it very clearly to me (with my limited understanding of plumbing), and got to work. All fixed on the spot and outlined for us where we were starting to get mold damage - very thankful tor they. All for a very reasonable price. Would DEFINITELY recommend. 6 stars. :)

Had a plumbing issue and they kept delaying on when they would show up for our appointment all day. The last time they said oh we couldn't get there until 8:00 p.m. is that okay and we said sure that's fine we just wanted to get this handled and then they never showed up and never called or texted after that. Terrible service.

Please avoid them not professional at all and they riped people off we have been there customer for past 12 years but not any more I will not recommend to anybody please avoid that
