The work was great but due but the works were late. The first scheduled day for 8am-12pm service had to be rescheduled because it was after 12 and they were still on the first call. I didn't even receive a call about running behind, I had to call and connect with dispatch to find out the ETA. I was then rescheduled the next day as the first customer (8am-10am) due to the circumstance the day before. The repairman and apprentice still didn't arrive until 11:20am. The job only took a total of 15 minutes. Time should be a consideration with all clients.

Hiring a plumber is nerve-wracking. Would I get a fair price? Would the work be done right or would it just be a quick fix? It's hard to find good people to work with! Called Apex to come take a look at an ejector pump i have been struggling with for a Month. Quickly diagnosed the problem of having a bad float along with the float being a poor design for the way my pit is set up. Gave a fair recommendation, quote and even the model number for something i could replace myself as its a quick but expensive fix. That right there earned my business and recommendation to family and friends for all of my future plumbing needs.

Have a large tree in parkway with my sewer line under it. Have used Bubba and Wayne for over ten years for a once a year cleaning. Gas line replacement crew in fall used cameras in everyone’s sewer , saw lots of roots . Now twice a year cleaning, we have old clay pipes and they are careful . Also had them repair mortar in catch basin. We also get senior discount
