they are great professional and explain everything in detail i used them they cleaned my pipes out within 30 minutes I've had other plumbers come and gave me a bunch of nonsense i recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

They assessed issues, explained them and then fixed them, and even cleaned up and took large debris that garbage truck might refuse.
I hope not to have future plumbing problems but if I do, I will call First Chicago Plumbing.

Angel and Nikko came through in a big way for me late in the afternoon on a Sunday. They were extremely fast at responding to my afterhours request, showed up immediately, and quickly went to work - saved me (and my neighbor downstairs) from a potentially expensive water damage repair. Hopefully I never have a plumbing issue again, but if I do, Power Plumbing will be my first call and I will ask for Angel and Nikko.

Took 45 minutes to install a dishwasher (plumbers on-site complained about being installers now) and they charged $196 up front. Bill came 2 months later for an additional $506 and shows over 2 hours of service. They did end up crediting $100 off but not satisfied with the overall experience. I would recommend a more buttoned up establishment unless you want to overpay for quick service during Covid.

The technician was great. He was at my house when he said he would be. He just had to change out a service line to the stool. I guessed a 15 minute job and he was done in under 5. The service was quick and professional. He answered all questions and was in no hurry to leave until I was satisfied. He also took the time to put ID tags on all of the main water lines in the house and gave some suggestions to keep everything in tip top shape. If I ever need a plumber again, it will be Sam's Plumbing And Rodding.

Mike and Kevin did a great job. They did their job the right way and found the problem to the core. Even saved us some money by finding the root cause. Now our plumbing is better than ever thanks to Mike and Kevin. We will be using these guys again for any future plumbing needs!

John Love and his team quickly stepped in to diagnose and repair multiple breaks in my main sewer line. He and his team were a pleasure to deal with. They were prompt, thorough, and incredibly conscientious of not causing a disturbance to my tenants. The price was fair and the work was quickly completed -including the permit process. John has won himself a customer for life, and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Had water coming from bathtub spout going down the wall. The spout had a crack and was replaced. Later that day I go in to fine water dripping from new spout. Job half done and wanted me to pay extra to complete what should have been fixed for first time
