Rescue Plumbing was responsive and professional from beginning to end. Vince and Lobo listened to all my questions and talked me through what they were doing so I understood the issues, which I appreciated. The work was clean and quick. I will call them again for any plumbing needs.

I had a leaking toilet and some other minor problems with faucets. I thought since they were coming I’d have the main sewer line rodded out as well as it hadn't been done in 8 years and we have lots of tree roots. They quoted $2100 for the work. I told them to drop the rodding since we weren’t experiencing any backups. The price was then $1100. So I told them just fix the toilet which needed a new tank gasket and a new seal on the flange. They quoted $876. I knew that was a ridiculous price and told them no thanks. We bought a new kohler gasket on Amazon for $20 and a new seal for $6 at Home Depot and my husband made the repair today—it took him 2 hours mostly because he had to wait for the wd40 to work so he could loosen the bolts. I assume it would take an experienced plumber less than an hour. $26 for parts. $800 per hour for labor

The response from the owner is inaccurate. I listed all the items in my review. 4 items is not lengthy. The toilet is 19 years old and just started leaking last week. It’s to be expected that a toIlet in use for 19 years would need new seals at some point—that is not negligence. The faucets are minor annoyances and have only been an issue for a few months. The stoppers need adjustment on 2 sinks and the kitchen faucet is was installed 7 years ago and is loose. It operates without leaking etc. The sewer line was rodded outb8 years ago. I would not call that 10 years of “negligence.” We did NOT ask them to inspect anything else.

Jesus came over after I requested to get my sump pump replaced out of precaution and he said the pump sounded perfect as is and didn’t need to be replaced. Not only did he give this honest advice, the house visit was free and all he asked was to keep them in mind for future plumbing repairs. What an honest man! Highly recommend

Updated review: I wish I could give Rescue Plumbing 7 stars. I thought my new plumbing had a leak and it turned out that I installed the shower head wrong (massive facepalm). The same team visited my home and they were gracious, understanding, and fixed the issue quickly. Love this company.

John installed a brand new water heater for me as my old one was starting to show it's age with all the rust and water leakage at the bottom. John explained to me how the discoloration was rust at the bottom of the tank. Sediment was building up, causing the metal to rust from the inside. His price to install a new water heater was fair and the installation and work was clean! Thank you John! I'll definitely be using this business again!

We had a last minute need to move our gas line for a wall oven. Our electrician had arrived the day before and connected the oven, but told us to call his guy to move the gas line, which prevented the oven from being installed. When his recommended plumber never responded, we called Savior Plumbers and they quite literally saved the day. With only a few hours before our home inspection, Henry went above and beyond all expectations moving the gas line, rerouting the electric, and cutting a channel when we realised that our oven wouldn’t fit into the wall cut out due to the cord. I HIGHLY recommend Savior Plumbers for all your plumbing needs and for their promptness and honesty.

I called for a tub that was backed up and water started coming up out of another drain. They arrived later that morning, and quickly and professionally cleared the clog. Reasonable prices and quick response. Wore PPE and were very professional.

Very very bad business, THE OWNER NICK WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND WILL SCAM YOU. we were hired to do a job for him and he paid us with a bad company check. We have then tried to get him to pay us and still nothing. To this day we have preformed the work and still got no money. He will hire you to do a job and later ask for coi and later to find out the check from LMN Plumbing is a bad check.. anyone looking to do business with him dont. We are out 6,500 from this company. Very bad bad business. They will take your money. The owner has not given us a call or has made any effort to pay up for what we worked. If i could leave the comment without a star i would...
