Best Commercial Plumbing Needs in Chicago IL

Jan, George and Vanguard are some of the best, the most knowledgeable, and the most trusted plumbers I have ever dealt with. Jan most recently saved me $8,000 from what a BIG chain plumber quoted me, and he fixed the problem in less than three hours. They will NEVER take advantage of you, or try to rip you off, just tell you exactly what your house needs to get the plumbing fixed, and then they do it. They are very experienced in older plumbing systems as well. I have used them 7-8 times or more. If you're unsure about what to do, or what a plumber has told you and want a second opinion, give them a call. Their charges are quite reasonable for the excellent service they provide. They are very busy guys, but well worth the wait if you need something done right.

Rocket was highly recommended by a colleague of mine. They are super responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and did excellent work. They repaired our catch basin for our HOA. I am a real estate agent and refer them to all my clients who love them as well. 5 stars all the way.

My partner and I had been getting price quotes to replace our 50 gallon water heater and contacted 4 plumbing companies. We received quotes that were astronomical and knew that the upfront cost would be expensive however enter REI Plumbing and Donal Reilly. He could not have been more professional in answering our questions and never ever did he use any sales tactics. We received a price quote with a breakdown of what would be done and immediately knew we would be having REI do the work. Carlos 1 and Carlos 2 showed up exactly on time and were very nice and showed care and concern for our home and keeping things neat and tidy. They did such a great job on the installation and with the copper pipe installed it looks like a work of art. We can't begin to thank Donal, and both Carlos 1 and Carlos 2 for such a great job!! Do yourself a favor if you are looking for price quotes and call the team at REI because you won't regret it!! We now have a plumber we trust and won't hesitate to call anytime we need work done.

Very professional. Chris came out to survey our condo building's outdoor lighting that had stopped working and look into installing a CO detector and moving an exhaust fan switch in our garage. He identified a faulty neutral line on the lights and quoted a price range with an amount they would not exceed (based on how long it took to troubleshoot the faulty wire).
Chris and Graham came out to do the work a couple days later and were on time and prepared. The fan switch and detector were quickly and properly installed as I specified. The outdoor lighting was trickier as there was both a faulty photocell and they had to check the wiring connecting a dozen lamps across the building before finding that one that had been installed incorrectly with a pinched wire. The lights came on that night and look great.
They took the time to explain what they did and checked up the next day to make sure everything worked. I also appreciated that I had a worst case price before they started. Would definitely recommend.

I had a big problem at home with completely clogged bathtub. That was in the evening and we couldn't even use it. I called this company and the plumber named Ben came and did the miracle job. I say miracle, because there was a problem with access to the pipes, since we live in quite old building.Ben, as well as the office lady were very nice and professional. The whole service was fast and they were courteous enough to waive some fee for us.I will definitely call the again if any plumbing issue should occur in the future!

The Fix It People team of Joe & Victor did a fantastic job repairing extensive water damage resulting from an ice dam situation. They were punctual, very professional, thorough, and kept us informed about their progress along the way. They went above and beyond AND finished on time. Additionally, they noticed a problem with our door which we planned to get repaired and sent Tony out to take care of it! Will definitely use them again.

Eds Plumbing came over and fixed my bad leak and did it the same day.They were comparable cost to other plumbers and Im very satisfied with the work.Thanks for the great job ! I would give them a call. Had tried other plumbers with not such good results.They are my new plumber for life.

Terrible. Had a leaky kitchen sink. Came out and said they needed a part and they would have to come back. 2 days went by, nobody communicated with me, rude, terrible service, not timely, no sense of urgency, 2 days later, my sink is still leaking and I have to start over and hire someone else. Save yourself the hassle, don't do it.

Any company that would employ Scott Treiber is totally untrustworthy
