The cost is double what you will pay a typical plumber… I just paid $430 for a toilet ring replacement and I’ll save an extra $200 by replacing the little rubber flapper myself… but we’ve used this company a couple of times and definitely don’t believe there is any scamming/swindling going on as mentioned in a few other reviews. They are just pricey. We had an emergency last year and it was obvious that we were prepared for a big ordeal but the plumber surprised us with a simple solution which earned our trust. Their brand is “white glove service” rather than trying to come across the most competitive/affordable… so moving forward we will DIY or hire a handyman for simple home updates but we will continue to call them first when there is an urgent need for help.

I decided to check 24 HR Emergency Plumber Chicago INC out and to my surprise, he is way qualified and reliable than I thought. I recommend him.

Came out same day, was able to get my water turned back on and the leak stopped for the afternoon and explained the situation and how to move forward. Came back first thing in the morning and repaired the outdoor spigot in only about a half hour. Also talked through some other projects that we might be able to tackle together. Recommend.

This is the third time we’ve used Chicagoland in the last few years. I found them originally through one of the home improvement apps. Alway honest and fair and does their best to find the best solution. Edwin is personable, reliable and does great work for great value. VanDerBosch was at my condo building to perform work for the association and team lead Jordan was gracious enough to come give me a second opinion on the broken shower handles in our bathroom, and ended up saving us $600 - after taking a look, he suggested that our issue might be simpler to fix than we'd been told by a different plumber, and we were able to fix the issue with some new handles that cost me $12.12. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism in handling this. I would highly recommend working with them for your plumbing needs.

I recently had a sewage backup. It was awful! First I went to Roto Rooters because they offered a 6 month guarantee. A month later the issue returned. The came back and rodding my drain again, but the issue came back within a couple of weeks. They (1) refused to come back a third time, and (2) refused to offer me a full refund. (See my Roto Rooters review for more details.) Called Burris and Sons and Mr. Burris was able to permanently resolve my issue. Roto Rooters are crooks. I would never used them again. Thank you Mr. Burris for fixing my issue.

I had a gangway sewer plugged up and backing up Water. They rodded the main pipe from roots of a tree in the pipes. It cost $425.00 the person stated he rooted out the pipes to the street. It did not fix the problem. They stated they do not guarantee to fix the problem. They said to try to fix the problem would be another $1200.00. Again no guarantees. They try to fix the problem by trial and error. Not very happy with this company.

I was completely disappointed. Originally, appt was between 9.5 & 10 a.m. at 10:18 called establishment no answer but guy calls right back says otw.
After an hour I leave and guess who is there. Explained had to leave he gave me 2 cards and said to give a call when I'm ready for him to look at my sink.
? I thought that's what I did.

I am blown away by the services performed by Savior Plumbers. I just moved into a new home and had 3 different businesses come to try and identify a gas leak. The issue persisted and I reached out to Savior for another opinion. They called me back within 10 minutes of my inquiry and were able to fit me in next day (on a Saturday.) I was so thankful as we were moving in that Saturday and I was worried for our safety with the gas smell.

Henry showed up and identified TWELVE leaks. He spent SIX HOURS on a Saturday making all the necessary repairs in order to keep us safe. Despite how late it was (9pm when he left,) he was thorough and explained everything in detail so we understood what was going on. He was so kind and even offered us a discounted flat rate instead of charging per leak since there were so many.

He is extremely knowledgeable and also advised on many other plumbing projects that we have. He also installed a new toilet for us to replace one that would not flush and it's perfect and flushes as it should now.

I absolutely cannot recommend them enough. Do not waste your time with anyone else — they can do it all!
