I simply can not say enough how happy I am that I called Rocket Plumbing. I have had plumbing issues with our wellness clinic on Irving Park for over 15 years. I've had roto rooter, power plumbing, and a few other companies come out and charge a lot, but never truly fixed the problem. I called Rocket Pluming this week on an emergency call when our toilet was overflowing because of a combination of issues with old pipes, roots, 90 turns that most machines can't rout, etc.....these guys did their job.....came out within 30 minutes of may call, and worked diligently for over 4 hours until problem was resolved. Very kind, and intelligent young men. I was concerned about their experience level, as they looked 30 or younger, but boy did they get the job done! Thanks so much gentlemen!

Great emergency service! Gas company shut our gas off due to a natural gas leak. We requested emergency service from Apex and they were at our house within 45 minutes. Plumber pressure tested the system, located the leak and made the repair. Apex had our gas and heat running in no time.
Would definitely recommend and use again.

I needed to run a hot and cold water line to a half bath in my basement for a new vanity install. I found a post about Eric on Facebook and contacted him for the job.
Eric was able to come out within a couple days and finished the job fast and thoroughly. He not only did a great job, he gave advise on what was needed to make sure water in my laundry room flowed properly and was able to correct the issue.
Overall, Eric is a great plumber with a good eye in making sure you don’t have future issues.

A little while back I called John to fix the leak in my shower. The house was built in 1950 and John determined the problem was in the faucets - that were original to the house. He has connections and was actually able to find the antique parts to fix the faucets! Most recently there was a kitchen clogged drain (a slight understatement!) that needed unplugging, partially due to the fact that the previous plumber didn't really do the job. This kitchen drain turned into a major job, with pipes to be replaced and bypasses to be made. It was a LOT of work, but John and his worker were troopers and they got it all done in one day. They also reset the toilet which had started sliding around on the floor. To say that I am happy with the work in an understatement! A+ work!

I was late by 15 min dropping the kids off at school, but Ben waited for me. Fortunately the water heater lighted up again without a problem (I might of been doing it wrong), Ben showed me how to start it. Since there was nothing actually wrong he said he’s not going to charge a service fee.... thanks Apex & Ben!!!

Full Circle Plumbing and Sewer is simply fantastic. We had a minor issue to fix - faucet handle valve stem broke - but Matt worked the schedule to get someone out here the same day. Tony the plumber was super helpful, got everything fixed extremely efficiently, and consulted on some other things we need to get fixed longer-term. Mikes Plumbing Company is wonderful! Professional, honest , prompt, reliable, with great prices. Woke up last Saturday morning to find water all over the hard wood floor of my condo. It was pouring out from under my kitchen sink. Called the condo management and asked if they could give me a plumber they used. Called the plumbing company telling them it was an emergency, and they never even called me back. I then got Mikes Plumbing Company from someone else. When I called, Mike personally answered the phone and when I told him it was an emergency he came over immediately. I was amazed by how fast he got there! He assessed the situation and completely turned the water off. He then went out and bought a new faucet so he could fix the leak. I was so impressed by how kind he was. I was a basket case and he reassured me that everything would be fine. His kindness, caring and professionalism were outstanding! He did a great job and even cleaned everything up! Mikes's Plumbing company is amazing! I can't say enough good things about this company. I will always use them in the future.
