Best Commercial Leak Detection in Chicago IL

Dead of chicago winter Bathke and Sons charged me $500 for a new ignitor that retails for $20. When I complained, they told me were you going to have your kids freeze and pipes burst. Shameful.

Showed up in time frame and had all parts for kitchen faucet replacement.
Clean and neat , new exactly what to do.

Rocket Plumbing is the best! Each person was totally responsive and professional every step of the way. We were on a tight timeline for our Kitchen Remodel project. We had the sink piping prepped and had copper piping installed for water delivery to a refrigerator on the other side of the kitchen from the sink. From the day of the quote (Dan the supervisor was awesome, explaining everything and getting a quote to use formally in a matter of minutes) to completion of the project was 48 hours. When there was a valve problem in the condo complex, Dan the supervisor was called and came out in a timely manner to provide his expertise! Eric the plumber worked diligently and professionally to complete the work. Another Eric at dispatch was spot on with timely communication at every phase! I can see why they call the company ROCKET - fast, reliable, quality, professional service. The cost of this project was competitive than other estimates we had gotten. My building had an issue with our heating system last week that was temporarily addressed during an emergency visit by a heating company, and Goode came out to provide a quote for full repair in addition to the previous quote we'd gotten from the heating company that came out the previous week.Even though the tech identified fairly early on that Goode would likely not be the right provider to resolve the issue (because we have a low-pressure steam system that requires a specialist), they still spent about half an hour walking around various components of the system and talking through potential causes, solutions, and functional information that was both incredibly helpful and very above and beyond what I expected from an estimation visit. They were able to identify a number of things that the other heating specialist company had not investigated, recommended a few other companies that might be able to help if we needed additional estimates or work done, and offered a few options that Goode could offer to try and help things if we were interested, but were in no way pushing anything.I'm not sure I've ever had a tech come out that was this professional, educational, and helpful for an estimation visit. While they didn't perform work, I cannot express how impressed I was with how they handled the situation. They are now on our short list of plumbing vendors for future work.

Matt came out to rod out my main sewer line, he got out all of the tree roots causing the clog, he was friendly and professional, explained everything to me and picked up after himself, pricing seemed reasonable, I'll definitely be coming back to this company for any future plumbing needs, and I would recommend them to everyone

I've been using Andersen Plumbing services for many years. They are dependable professional & on time. I will continue to call them if I need plumbing help. Very pleased with their work.

I give them 3 stars for being prompt and coming right away after I had an issue and finding it, but quoted me $295 to unclog/rod kitchen sink????? I do realize plumbers are expensive and used major plumbing companies before, but sorry this is a rip off amount. I have never paid over $179 for this type of service, to rod sink drain or bathroom drain.
