Hot water heater went on Sunday, found Rocket and sent an inquiry in that evening. I got a call from the team by 8 AM the next morning and they dispatched Jake and Tyler to my unit. As with all service businesses they give you a window to come by and they exceeded that by getting there before the allotted time frame. I needed a full hot water heater replacement and parts were ordered and tank was installed and hot water back on by 9 AM Tuesday. More importantly Jake from the team communicated each step of the project via call/text and everything including signing off on the work and payment was done simply online. I would highly recommend the Rocket team.

I have used the services from Chicagoland Quality Plumbing a number of times. I used to own a condo and they did work there before I sold it. I now own a home and they have done work here numerous times. I can't stress enough how pleasant it is to work with this company. They are responsive, prompt, highly professional, very reasonable in price, great plumbers with years of experience, and best of all, get the work done correctly. You can't go wrong with Chicagoland Quality Plumbing (aptly named).

We had an issue with water leaking from under the kitchen sink. I called Go-Rooter Plumbers and two plumbers came the very next day, as promised and on time. They provided a fair estimate for services and were able to fix the issue on the spot. They were kind and respectful of our home. I'd hire them again without question.

Bob from Power Plumbing. He came out to give my condo association a comparative quote for some work on a pipe under one of the garden units. He identified the pipe might not be in use. We need to do a little further investigation, but it looks like if we don't need to get the work done, it will save the building $15k!

Don’t really take time to write reviews but this company deserves it . Mike was very profesional and answered every single question I had . They gave me a proposal weeks prior and I contacted them 3 weeks after and they picked up the phone on me every single time. Other company’s would not pick up the phone on me and after leaving voicemails never got one call back. If you’re serious about getting a job professionally done these guys are it , no hassles and if they say the job will be done, it will .He had Dan & Don with him as well , they were always respectful and never stopped working , Great guys . These guys did a fantastic job . I would not waste my time with others company’s depending on hope . I had a new septic system installed on the property in which they promised they will have a complete in five days and in which they kept there promise .

We have referred out some work to this company to replace / install gas lines for clothes drying machines. Along with replacing water hoses for stackable Washer / Dryer Units. We've used Mike for several different issues, both for our unit and for our condo building, and Mike has always been quick, professional, and reasonable priced. Most recently, we had a gas leak in our unit so we had to have all of our lines repaired. We got three quotes from plumbers: Mike's quote was the cheapest and he was the only who could fix the problem right away, which he did. Win-win-win.

Odd experience. The owner initially was very communicative in scheduling time to come out to my property, plus thoroughly discussing with me my plumbing issues the following couple of days, but then went ghost. Said he would follow-up with an estimate that same evening, but no text back, callback, or anything—even after repeated requests. Just say you don’t want the job (or incapable of doing it) if that’s the case. Awful way to conduct business. This was a fairly large plumbing job, by the way.

Had an overall positive experience using Drain Works to fix a leak issue in my condo unit. It can be stressful finding the right plumbing service but they made the whole process very smooth. Due to their expertise they were able to locate the issue immediately and solve the issue at an affordable price. Truly appreciated their honesty with the job as a customer and would not hesitate in contacting them again when an issue arises. Highly recommend them!

Mike recently replaced the kitchen sink faucet in my home. I am very satisfied with the install. It was done very efficiently. He arrived on time and maintained a high level of professionalism. It is greatly appreciated that he takes following COVID-19 protocols seriously (this was a concern I had with having someone enter my home, but this was not a problem at all with Mike). I highly recommend this plumber and I look forward to working with him for any future plumbing needs.

When our upstairs tub began leaking into the room below, Ryan and Christian promptly came out and dealt with the issue. We are a covid-cautious household, and both of them wore masks while inside our home. Ryan took the time to explain the work that had been done in layman's terms. Both of them were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!
