Best Burst Sewer Line Repair in Chicago IL

Mike 2080, went to the extremes to resolve my plumbing issues. He was very, affriable, easy to approach, informative and actually took time to detail the problem. I wish I could write and encourage Roto Router to give him a managerial position, more wages or increased salary. Hopefully, this little review will be of some help toward recognizing the kind of professionalism that is so often lacking in business today. He is to be commended for his service. It turned out that there was an over-looked and underlined problem that still needed to be addressed. RR sent another tech out (MARK-2840) an he found additional problems that the first tech missed. I had a few concerns that really bothered me, however, after MARK-2840 was finished, I felt reassured that my problem with the plumbing had been finally, resolved. Mark allowed me to watch (look over his shoulder, literally), and ask as many questions as I wanted; believe me, there were lot of concerns but he was patient and helped me to understand the over-looked blockages that were not unblocked just a few days prior. I have to say Mark was even more thorough and detailed oriented than Mike (the first tech RR sent to my home) was. I guess, I will have to see whether or not this fix will be successful but as far as I can tell, Mark has completely unblocked the pipes, and the water is flowing again without backing up into my kitchen sink or basement flow. Please apply his courtesy and superb skills to this review. I have learned quite a lot from him and commend him for his efforts and would definitely recommend him to my family and friends by his name and tech number.This time, for a certainty, I thank RR for sending someone who actually knows how to tackle the blockage problems of build-up soap/crumb. In Feb 2020, I had APEX uninstall/install a kitchen sink (Jobs 43521 & 43503), which was not a good experience. I provided a review to APEX on 04Feb2020, to which APEX stated that they take their reviews seriously and that my 'claim' to have spent over $1000 for poor service was inaccurate (see attached screenshot).
1. I have attached receipts of these two jobs to confirm that my original 1-star review did state the correct payment amount (over $1000).
2. Today (26April2021), 14 months later - this sink is now leaking.

I called APEX today explaining the situation and they stated that they have a 12-month warranty on their work and that they will charge me again to fix the leak. I understand that plumbing company's must have these types of policies and I am not trying to be unreasonable by expecting them to treat me as a special exeption.

However, after my original review for poor-value/workmanship being called 'inaccurate' by APEX AND a subsequently having leaking sink after only 14 months of completed work speaks for itself.

Juan has helped me many times over the years on projects small and large. He's very responsive and communicates well. The first time I met him he helped me with a large sewer project between my building and the city sewer. His bid was competitive and he got started right away. Since then he's helped me install faucets, repair drains, and find gas leaks. Highly recommend.

First time home owner, called this place late at night since it says 24/7 service. Talked to Henry Wright and explained what was wrong and he told me multiple things that could’ve been wrong. We tested a couple things. I send him pictures and we solved my clogged sump pump. He walked me step by step over the phone. He knew exactly what he was talking about. Definitely recommend Henry Wright.

A thorough, professional, pleasant experience. I had a back-up in the 50 year-old pipes of my new home. I called Sam's Plumbing And Rodding to have them locate the blockage, snake the line, and then use their video snake to get a visual of the integrity of the pipes. I’m glad that I called and will use them again for future needs.

Communication was great between setting up an appointment and the plumber keeping us up to date on their arrival. Geoff came out and gave us an assessment and was able to service our issue on the spot. Definitely would recommend!

Called All Star Plumbing & Sewer the morning after Thanksgiving to take a look at our sump pump that was misbehaving. Set-up an appointment for the next day. Mike came and replaced our pump and hydro jetted our main sewer line to the street as it was also blocked. He even solved a problem with our laundry sink that I assumed was just the nature of the sink. Was given options and prices for what could be done along the way and Mike explained what was happening throughout. Easy and friendly to work with. Hope I don't need a plumber again in the near future but if I do I will not hesitate to call them again.

They went through all of our options and then offered specific solutions to meet our needs. They have fixed a variety of problems for us around our house, and we’ll be using them in the future!

Horrible service! We paid almost 5K to fix a sewer problem and we are still having issues. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. Don’t waste your time.
