He had previously performed this same service for us and was able to not only address our issue, but also provide suggestions for future maintenance. Roto-Rooter is my go to plumbing service.

First Chicago Plumbing did a great job repiping the water supply lines in our old house. A new laundry tub was installed along with two new outdoor spigots. The three man team completed the job in a day and a half as they said they would. We are pleased with the work that was done and by the efficiency and open communication. We are happy to have found a plumbing company we trust and will call on whenever the need should arise.

Deserves a 5 star rating x1000. John got through 9 years of sewer drain blockage and tree roots and didn’t leave til the job was done. We didn’t know how close we actually were to a full on sewer problem but had already tried renting a snake at Home Depot to unclog it ourselves. Tried and failed, called at least 8 different companies but 24HR is the one that got us through and now I have peace of mind. Will be calling again for any plumbing needs.

Installed new tankless water heater when previous one went out. Have a complex system with boiler, holding tank, recirculator, a twisted hive of pressure tanks and pumps, and in floor radiant heat system. Got multiple quotes from other companies. Went with Goode as they seemed to have a firm grasp of my complex system and I felt they were the only one that could handle it. Chris and Joseph were extremely professional and did a bang up job. Very happy with their work. Goode will have themslves a repeat customer.

I needed my radiator repaired and they came out to give a free quote and explain what was wrong and then followed up to complete the repair a few weeks later. They did a great job and I am very happy with their work. I will definitely use them again.

Recommend Go-Rooter for everyone to use. I had a leaking toilet issue in the rental place and I called Go-Rooter. Alex, the plumber, gave a quick call back and provided me his availability for the same day. The communication was efficient and easy. During the work, he provided me the timely update on the work via phone when I couldn't be there. He also sent the photos of the clean up and the root cause of the problem as I requested. The entire process was smooth and clear. The charge is also flat rate based on the work.

Henry does great work, is prompt, and is a nice guy. He made the time to do two afterhours jobs for us - an outdoor spigot replacement/install and a kitchen drain repair. He completed all the work on the same day and stated late to make sure everything got done properly.

They were back the following day on time and saved the day. I had a terrible clog in my basement piping. They were able to fix the problem in an hour. I will definitely recommend their services.

John installed a brand new water heater for me as my old one was starting to show it's age with all the rust and water leakage at the bottom. John explained to me how the discoloration was rust at the bottom of the tank. Sediment was building up, causing the metal to rust from the inside. His price to install a new water heater was fair and the installation and work was clean! Thank you John! I'll definitely be using this business again!

Called them at 9:54am. The receptionist told me a technician will be out between 10am-12pm. The tech arrived at 10:30am, gave an estimate for a wax ring, replaced and wrapped up 11:30 and out by 12pm. Excellent service

They came and fixed my plumbing, which they over priced me for, and while fixing my plumbing i asked how much will it cost to move my hot water tank 3 feet they told me 1600$, so i called to get another estimate, another contractor came out and moved the damn thing for 500$, i would not recommended this place to anyone.

Updated: we used Savior again to evaluate potential water damage in our ceiling. They responded immediately and were at our home within the hour, gave us good advice at a reasonable cost. Reliable, professional, and trustworthy!

I had some leaking pipes to my hot water tank. I called CJ Plumbing & they got a plumber to my house within 30 minutes & replaced the leaking sections of pipe. Now that's outstanding service! I used them to replace a couple broken toilets a few months ago as well. Couldn't be happier with them!

Unprofessional customer service; unreliable: I scheduled an appointment between 9:30-10:30 but then received a call at 10:37 to say they need to reschedule.
