Gerald 4789 came to my home at the scheduled time. He was very professional and well groomed in uniform an also completed the job within a time frame that was desent. He explained the issue and told me how to keep thr issue from happening again by purchasing a bottle of their product and using once a month. Forgot the name of the liquid but will be buying a bottle. Can someone help with the name of product. I had a relatively complicated job in wanting a utility sink installed in our laundry room. Pipes had to be pulled around our washer/dryer to the opposite wall. Quote was within range, all very professional and on time. It turned out great with quality materials. I also was able to get a recommendation for the drywall repair. Highly recommend!

I have used Goode plumbing at my previous residence and have always been satisfied. I moved to a house with a sump pump. It was making noise. Joey came out and educated me about sump pumps and helped me resolve problem. He also helped few months ago with a ejector pump installation. Very nice to work with, cares about helping, and knows his job.

My condo building has hired Juan/Go-Rooter for three plumbing projects since 2018. Juan helped our building with: 1) a pipe burst/pipe replacement, 2) uncovering a long-buried catch basin, cleaning it out, and digging out/installing a new sewer access point in our front yard, and 3) installing a new water heater. I recently hired him to work on a few tasks in my individual unit. Juan and his team have done excellent work on all four projects. Juan is very creative in figuring out solutions to challenges. He's also clear in communication, respectful of time, and thorough. (When he was working in my unit, I had the feeling he was working with as much care and detail as he would for his own home.) I highly recommend hiring Juan/Go-Rooter. I’m glad our building has him as our go-to plumber.

Had water coming from bathtub spout going down the wall. The spout had a crack and was replaced. Later that day I go in to fine water dripping from new spout. Job half done and wanted me to pay extra to complete what should have been fixed for first time

CJ Plumbing responded immediately to our call to investigate a leaking water main. They sent a professional team who worked closely with us and the Village inspectors to replace the old broken lead pipe with a new copper one. Rapid and professional replacement. I highly recommend them!

We hired captain rooter to help our family during a winter freeze in February. It was the only plumber who wasn't completely booked, and it appears that was for good reason. Joel and Jesse managed to solve the problem after several days of golden time and causing tremendous damage to the walls and floor to gain access. The entire time we were trying to be upsold to buy water heaters etc which was unwelcome when they were struggling to fix the problem. Due to the huge price tag they quoted our insurance and the other contractors who came to fix the damage to the walls and floors were quite unimpressed with the quality of work. Additionally, after informing them that the work they did caused both our outdoor hoses to stop working Joel gave us a run around and after two scheduled appointments nobody showed up. Steer clear of this business. I shudder when I see one of their trucks knowing that another home owner is probably being taken advantage of.

Had to break up and re-route all of the plumbing for the basement bathroom. They also replaced the ejector pit and vented all of the plumbing for the toilet, vanity, and shower. Were professional and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend.
