After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Was not happy with my bill being double of the amount of what I was quoted. Quoted 1,000 gals of sewage and less then one hour. Not a word about multiple tanks! $398.00. I live on 3 acres and I have 1 500 gal tank and 2 smaller 100 gal tanks. So less sewage and took then less then one hour. And My husband had all three tanks dug out. They said they billed me double because that’s the way they billed me last time. Wow I feel like they have always over billed me☹️.

So I wanted to share my experience with A-1 Plumbing to warn people about how disappointing my service was. So I made my appointment to get my tankless hot water heater serviced. When the tech called I requested that he call me when he made it to my house because I have a cat that needs to be put away and an old dog that goes nuts when you knock on my door. About 20 minutes later, he knocks on my door. Off to a great start. I let him know my tankless hot water heater isn't staying on. You turn it on, it works till you stop using it then it doesn't turn back on. The tech goes up to take a look, takes some pictures, turns on the hot water, does his thing then says he's gonna go out to give me an estimate. The estimate he emails me says nothing about a tankless system and just has a replacement tanked system. I told him I needed to get my partner's opinion, he said that's fine and that I owe $195 just for him to come out there. Fine, whatever, I pay it. My partner and I decided to get a second opinion. In the meantime, A1 calls me to see where we want to go from here and if I have any questions. I asked why there's nothing about the tankless system on my estimate. The lady who called seemed confused and said there was nothing in my file about a problem with the tankless system and that she would call a supervisor about my issues. About 2 hours later, the supervisor calls and says she can give me an estimate to replace the tankless system. I tell her no thanks, we are going with a different company. She then tells me if we go with their company my $195 I paid would go towards the price of the replacement system. I tell her no thank you again. So the next day I get a call from A1 asking when I want to move forward with my replacement tankless and tanked system! Like, WHAT?! I told her no thank you, we are going with a different company. I've now gotten texts and emails asking about my experience, so here ya go! DO NOT use A1 for any services!

Dave is the most honest professional plumber you will ever meet. This man works around the clock to make his clients happy and doesnt stop until the jobs done. I have had to call Dave late at night before and he still makes it happen. Thank you for everything!

Called Atomic Plumbing and was able to get an appointment the next day. Communication from beginning to end was awesome. They kept me informed during the whole process. The problem was fixed with an explanation of what the issue was. I will definitely use Atomic Plumbing again if needed. Great customer service!

Outstanding Company. Had a water leak underneath my bathroom sink. Anthony was here next day to repair leak. He did a fantastic job in no time at all, and for a very reasonable price. I also had him come back a few days later to install new pop-up drains, which are beautiful as well, to all three sinks. Again, he was very punctual and reasonable. He also added new piping to two of the sinks at no charge. This company is just exceptional all away round. Anthony is without a doubt very pleasant and has a great professional attitude. I am so pleased and love the look of all three bathrooms now. Therefore, I highly recommend you give this Company a call first for any plumbing issues, before going with anyone else. Never thought I would have a good experience with a plumber.... LOL. The technician Mike #703 and John R. responded quickly to our home and was very thorough in his explanation of what was going on with our sewer line. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up afterwards!

A T Large Plumbing, Alfred and son Ted and grandson are the best. I have known the family most of my life. I went to school with some of the family. They are experienced professionals that know their work. They are a family business. I prefer a family company over a corporate chain. You can not beat them. They are honest and reasonable too. Booked an appointment between 10am and 12 , at 11:53 I called them Since I had not heard from them this morningI never got a courtesy call or anything that they were coming or running late or anything and told me that he would be there at 1pm an hour later. It would’ve been nice if he called Earlier and said he was running late I could’ve taken care of other things instead of waiting around like a dingbat. I have always had plumbing companies touch base with me in the morning to confirm the appointment let me know if there were any issues they would contact me not these people. Their loss 👎🏼
