Best Water Jetting in Chesapeake VA

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Chandler Cobb did an excellent job and was very professional. Took extreme caution not to damage anything while removing and installing the new water heater in the closet. Very professional and politeness.

Mr. Rooter Service Technician Aron and Sales Specialist Adem were very professional, demonstrated superior expertise, and provided me the optimal solution for repairing the sewer line on my property. I'm very satisfied that I chose Mr. Rooter for service and will continue to do so in the future.

A++++ Had an emergency hot water line burst and after couple other plumbers come out throw this big estimate at me and still want a service fee for nothing done, I called A T Large Plumbing, wish I would of called them first. I am a fan, a huge fan! Family owned business and absolutely took care of me and my family. Gabriel came out took a look at the problem and immediately knew what he was going to do. The leak was in the crawl space and a hard spot to get to, but he opened a small hole in the wall exactly where the pipe was and completly fixed the issue and even cleaned up the crawlspace where the water leaked! Very reasonable priced too. Thank you, thank you thank you! No more cold showers for us! You are now my go to plumbers and look for me to call whenever I have issues come up!

I don’t recommend Lanthorn Plumbing. My husband called this morning, they said someone would be out between 1 and 5pm and they never showed. They even texted him with a confirmation. Like I understand if something came up and you are unable to make an appointment, but at least call and let the people waiting know 🙄. My husband tried to call them after they never showed and there was no answer 😒. He finally got a text back an hour after the appointment time. A wasted day without any hot water, when we could of called another company if we knew Lanthorn couldn’t make it.

Brandy Scaife is not lying. I was at her home and witnessed the embarrassing situation and saw his response. It was the LMAO response text from him that did it for me. I would never use you and suggest to others, BEWARE! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! Maybe he will get the chance to LHAO at you as well.

We have used Harrison’s plumbing for two years now and never plan on using someone else again! We have used countless plumbers in Hampton Roads and always were unsatisfied with them at one point or another. We have found that customer service, timeliness, and the actual work done are all top notch. He has answered the phone in after-hour emergencies, he has used parts that he was saving for hi/ home on ours when we encountered product shortages and shipping delays, and he has shown up to any job - small or big- with a positive attitude. We can count on him for our personal residence and for our rental properties.

They came in and fix everything I requested, had a little laundry list. Great service, will use this company again for sure.

SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work and in the industry and I know what the price range is for this job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.

I called AB Parker to have some electrical work done. The quick response was amazing. Mr. Parker and his assistant were courteous and professional. I was pleased with the service and that Mr. Parker took the time to advise me on a potential future project. I would highly recommend.
