The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

The dispatcher called me and let me know when the technician, Hope, was on her way Hope showed up shortly after and was thorough in the evaluation and maintenance of my systems. She made recommendations which seemed appropriate.

Thoroughly unprofessional. Gave a time window of 10-2, called at 1:30 to say they'd be there in 30 minutes. 90 minutes later they still hadn't arrived, nor called with an explanation.Followup: Owner reached out and made good on their mistake. Service technican was great, and would have gotten 4-5 stars had it not been for the scheduling snafu.

We had another great service call from House Call Company. Gunnar quickly performed the basic service. He answered quite a few of my questions and was professional, COVID-19 safe, and polite the whole time.

My experience with A-1 American was not what I expected, yes I had a link in a pipe in the wall by or behind my heat water tank. Paid a lot money, And A-1 just cut a part of the fixing and when they left still had a link called them back. They made executes why the pipe was still linking but that wasn't the case. For the money I paid I thought that they was to fix the whole problem not what they thought was the problem. To much money paid out and still have a link. They said that I had a hole in the pipe but it wasn't linking from the the pipe it was ling from the stem, had to call someone else to fix the pipe, and there was NO hole in the pipe. There was holes in the values and the stem, not one hole but four holes had to be fix. the another plumber to fix the problem. He cut out the pipe that A-1 supposedly fix and fix more for least of the cost. Now no more linking. Thank you To the other plumber
