Best Thermostat Installation in Chesapeake VA

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Did repairs quickly and cleaned up after finishing. Would recommend Michael and Sons to anyone who needs plumbing repairs done on their home.

Scott did a great job of explaining the installation, and it actually took less time than estimated. I also appreciated his shoe coverings and face mask. I am a long-time customer of RS Andrews, and they offer great customer service, and experienced technicians.

It's only the first couple of hours but already I feel a difference in my home. Thank you to Chad for being so helpful and patience. I have the worst crawl space imaginable and he went back and forth underneath the house to find the root of the problem. Thank you for his dedication when many have said there was no problem (yet there was no air in the house). Russell's pricing was fair, compared ]/to what I found/ researched online for duct work. This was honestly one of the few companies that were willing to do duct work during the summer time when many scheduled me for the end of August. Had the best experience, hopefully I won't need them for any other major repairs but if I do I would definitely use their services again.

Technicians installed new instant hot water system, which included the new instant hot water system and an upgrade to natural gas service including a new trunk from meter to unit. Staff was knowledgeable and professional to the point they identified a plumbing issue which was not part of the instation and with out their efforts to identify, I would not have known about a plumbing leak at my washer until it had gotten much worse. I would use them again for any heating or electrical repair or installation.

Marvin is excellent! He responded very quickly and showed up on time. We are very pleased with how knowledgeable and professional Marvin and the install team were. We were quoted a fair price and they were able to install our AC and furnace the very next day. Huge thank you to R.A. Styron, we'll be customers for life!

Excellent customer service and incredibly knowledgeable. Dean Thomasson was our technician and although he was only here to do an annual service he helped both my husband and I to better understand our HVAC system. He educated us on how to get the most out of our unit while also saving a substantial amount on our electric bill.

I can honestly say that we are more than satisfied with our experience today and once we own our own home, House Call Company will be our go to for all our future housing needs.

Hate to rate even 1 star myself. My husband called on Friday to schedule someone to come out to snake our tub drain. Earliest appointment we could get was Monday and they could not give us even a large window of when they could be there. After confirming the appointment Monday morning (still with no service window), our son waited around all day until he had to go to work at 3:30. Still no call. Husband called and was told that the tech tried to call but that the number he called wasn't receiving calls. (He obviously called a wrong number and didn't try again.) Was then told that we would be the first appt on Tuesday. It's after 12:30 and still haven't heard from them. Husband is cancelling the appt (ha ha) and we will go with someone else who cares about customer service. Very disappointed.
