We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

I called A1 Sewer & Drain frantic on a Friday morning because a pipe was leaking in my crawlspace. I found their contact information through Thumbtack, and gave them a call right away. From my first interaction with their scheduling staff, I was reassured that they would be able to come fix my problem, and that they would be able to come that day (some other companies that I also contacted would not be able to come until the next week, of course unless I wanted them to come for an emergency appointment and charge me an arm and a leg to do so). The technician who helped with my problem, Zach, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable! He walked me through every step of the process, and pointed out some things that may need my attention in the future. As a first time homeowner, having situations like a burst pipe cause a lot of stress and worry. But with the great service that I received from Zach and A1 Sewer & Drain, I know that help is just a phone call away! I will definitely be using them again for my plumbing needs.

These folks were on time and did everything to my satisfaction. They helped me make informed decisions about some outdoor water fixtures and repaired numerous things in my house.

I had a CPVC pipe split in an awkward location. I called Lanthorn at 3:45 pm. They came out and assessed the situation within 45 minutes. It was going to be a timely project so they came out the next day and knocked out the job for a damned good price! The price was so good, I felt guilty. Came To my house same day. I think we resolved the issue (really quickly too). Need to wait for the water in the tank to flush out to confirm if the problem has been fixed. Will update to 5 stars once I know for sure that my issues have fully been resolved.
