We'd scheduled a plumber for Monday, with our water heater leaking slowly. However, by Friday evening, it was clear we couldn't wait that long~we knew this water heater had to go ASAP! We called A1, never having used them before, and (surprisingly) they said they'd be there the following morning to replace it.Steve arrived, bringing the new water heater on Saturday morning, as promised. He was pleasant, and clearly a professional, rapidly removing the aged, faulty, water heater. He then had to make a run for a pan to go beneath the new one, and handled that task in short order. He returned to complete the installation of the new device, still pleasant, still professional, and also recommending a company to call for water damage repair.We were incredibly pleased with Steve and his A1 service. 100% satisfied!
