This time the person who did the repair name was Anthony S. he was prompt & very professional. Called Roto-Rooter to clean out a downspout drain line that goes under our concrete patio and our pool. The drain had stopped working and, unfortunately, we did not know exactly where the line ended! Mike arrived within a couple of hours and first tried with his smaller snake - no luck. He then brought out the BIG snake and finally found the end of the drain line and cleared it so water was flowing again. Seems our professional landscaper and simply ended the drain under one of the pool lines, about 6 inches below grade. I am surprised it worked as long as it did. Thanks to Mike for not giving up.
