The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

I have only worked with Mr. Raymond briefly so far, but he will be handling a plumbing issue at a property I own in the area.. He was super helpful, polite, and knowledgeable on the phone it is nice to have that with a contractor - they are often times rushed, rude, and lacking in detail. With that said I will update this when the job is completely finished!

So I am a little delayed in writing this but the impression this company had on me is still the same today as it was a few months ago when I requested service. Initially, I reached out to my home warranty to have a repair made - to find and fix a leak from my upstair shower into my kitchen. After reading the reviews on the company they contracted the repair out to I promptly cancelled and called a1. I couldn't have made a better decision that day. Buck came out and within less than an hour found the source and completed the repair with professionalism and enthusiasm. I would recommend any homeowner, new or seasoned, to use a1. Period. They will be my go to as long as I am in the Hampton Roads area.

Definitely recommend Richardson Plumbing! I called when I heard running water in my walls. He came the same day (flexible around my schedule and when I would be home) and was able to fix the pipe right away. He even came back another day to spray insulation once the walls had dried. Pricing was very reasonable too! Definitely will be using him again if we ever have any plumbing issues.

Fast emergency service. Justin R came out the first night, we determined that I needed a new water heater, Justin D came out to install it the next day. Both techs were awesome and extremely professional. Would recommend these guys to anyone needing work done.

My husband and I have been having an issue with a severely clogged hallway bathtub. The first plumber we called was completely overpriced and would not give us a for sure answer on if they would be able to unclog our bath drain. Tony and Son's plumbing was the second plumber we called. We told him the situation with the bathtub drain and he gave us a great price at which he would fix it, and was confident that he would fix it. He was also very flexible with our work hours. When he came to unclog the drain he did it very quickly and efficiently and the drain is now fixed. He was very polite and professional. We're very pleased with our service and will definitely be using him in the future for any of our plumbing issues! Thank you so much!

We had an emergency plumbing situation! We called several plumbers, but because of the high volume time everyone turned us away. We called Bud's and no surprise they were completely booked up too; however, they took the time to listen to our issue and actually sent a tech out that was between calls. This tech not only took the time to diagnose the issue, but took the time to remediate the issue so we're could have some functionality until they could come out for the complete fix. We could not be happier with Bud's service. Everyone was polite, professional and knowledgeable.

I had a kitchen sink draining very slowly/backed up that I had tried to snake myself with no luck. I contacted Bay Breeze late on a Wednesday night and they messaged me back saying they could be out Friday afternoon. I had told initially them it wasn't an emergency, but the backup got worse later, and I asked if they could make it out to me the next day. They said they would try to do so, and they DID. The tech who was helping me was Justin and this guy is the best. He called me multiple times to update me on arrival time and was just super friendly and professional. He had my issue resolved in about an hour. While telling Justin that I was so happy to find a plumber that I could trust, he spoke highly of Robin, the owner and of the company. This is rare. I am grateful to have found these guys (shout out to YELP). I already have another job coming up that I will be using Bay Breeze for. Five stars for this company. Very pleased.
