Quick response and amazing service on a fairly intense job. When it turned out that the lot owner had to do the repairs (line was broken and needed to be dug up and replaced) Bruce even called a few days later to check up on things. Friendly, fast, and extremely kind. Thanks Bruce!!

Everyone at All Day Plumbing was very friendly and easy to work with. They got our dishwasher picked up, installed, and the old one hauled away the next day after we called them. They were very efficient and knowleable. We will definitely use them again!

2 days ago, I cleaned my outside AC unit. To make cleaning it easier, I was going to completely remove the fan. I removed the purple wire, but decided it wasn't going to be easy to remove it, so I put the purple wire back.After cleaning, I turned on the AC. It hissed and the fan wouldn't start. We scheduled Russell's to come by Monday (today) to look at it.They came by today and said I put the wiring back wrong. The diagnosis was $72, which I'm ok with. But, to put the wiring back correctly and continue the rest of the diagnosis would be an additional $118.75I couldn't believe it. You wanted to charge me $118.75 for a 5 second fix? I felt taken advantage of. I declined.When the technician left, I moved the wire, started up the AC, and it worked!Russell's, I am giving you a 1 star review because you wanted to charge me $118 for 5 seconds of work. I paid the $72 for the diagnosis, which is fair, but an additional $118 for 5 seconds to move a wire is not fair.EDIT: I wrote this review earlier today, but it hasn't posted yet. I believe it is because I posted a link to a YouTube video I created that shows me taking 5 seconds to move the purple wire from one point to another. I removed the link to the YouTube video and instead took a screenshot of the video and attached it to this review.

I am so very satisfied with A-1American and more specifically, their technician Jake! He is super friendly, stayed in contact with me, answered ALL of my questions without hesitation and with honesty. Quoted me the price and that is what I paid! Jake and his assistant arrived on time, worked through horrendous heat in my attic, and got my new ac installed like clockwork! My home is cooling down as we speak and we are loving it! Jake explained how to register for the warranty for the products I as well, and that process was easy too! As much as I've seen the A-1 American commercials, I can say they are truly a company of their WORD and I will DEFINITELY use them for future home improvements or repairs!!! Very, very happy customer right here!
