I am so pleased with my service. My washing machine, shower , and toilet were all clogged. My technician Brandon Rountree came in and went right to work first accessing the situation while informing me of the process with every step. He work very hard and diligently to get the job done and boy did he have his work cut out for him. He remained very professional, courteous and with a pleasant smile throughout the whole ordeal. Yes he was able to fix the problem! This company is a five ⭐️service.

About 3 weeks ago my heat pump went out, and I called A-1 American they never showed and needless to say it was freezing/snowing at the time. I guess they were too busy making commercials and useless magnets for the yellow pages After 48 hours of hearing nothing from A-1 I did an internet search and found Tidewater Plumbing & Heating, the owner Mr. Martin had his son in law Morris over in less than an hour. My heat pump was sparking and the compressor was totally shot. Morris was able to stop the heat pump from sparking and causing a potential fire. I had a gas line, but it was never connected to the home. Mr. Martin advised me on the price, and how long the job would take. When it came time for them to do the job, it was exactly as described. He came with his son-in-law, and son. They were quick and efficient, they did not leave a mess on my property. This is a family business with honest people, Mr. Martin did not add any hidden fees or surprises as many companies do. The unit was of quality and started right up. If i'm going to spend my hard earned money I want quality work/product. I definitely recommend Tidewater Plumbing & Heating they are honest people who do quality work.

Contracted with Smith & Keene to install a whole house back-up generator, a whole house surge suppressor, and to update the electrical service and meter to 200 amp.

The sales representative I will say was acceptable. I'm a general contractor, and I could tell he really did not have much experience. I caught several errors in the contract and he had to be reminded to add things to the contract that I asked for.

The preparation to complete the job before the install date went well. The install crew had everything that was needed. Rick is an excellent electrician and it showed from the very beginning. He went to great lengths to do the job right and did not take shortcuts that most people would not notice. All his wiring was very neat and well organized, which shows he takes pride in his work.

The gas installer and the two other assistants were excellent as well. Each day the crew cleaned up the site and left the site looking great when the entire job was done.

I would definitely recommend Smith & Keene.

We had a leak from our hot water heater at midnight. We called the emergency number and Quinn called us right back. He went right to work and it was only a pipe coming from the HWH. Minimal damage, great employee and he took time to talk to my husband about possible residual issues. PLUS..there was an online coupon. Buds will definitely be our go to company for our plumbing/ac/heating needs.

AB Parker & Son has done various HVAC, plumbing, and electrical projects for us over the past couple years, and I have been extremely pleased with them. They were very responsive to our requests, no matter how big or small, and they did an excellent job accommodating our schedules. The work was all of excellent quality, and prices were very fair. Very pleased with the repairs to my ac/heating system! Most importantly, Mr. Williams was very trustworthy in that he did not try to sell me a new system when my existing system was repairable. This company is the most irresponsible company i have ever dealt with. They send contractors out wity no morals or skill. They overcharge and don’t admit when they don’t know bow to fix something. And they damaged my wall in the process.
