The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

I called and was given an appointment the same day. I like that I was asked to sent a picture of the damage if possible. I received text messages confirming the appointment and the name and contractor license number of the technician. I received a text that the technician was enroute who was early which was appreciated on a Friday evening. The technican was very courteous, respectful, friendly and conscious of the COVID-19 safety measures.. He give a quote prior to beginning the repair and quick and easy payment processing. Great service! I will definitely use the company again.

I had A 1 Sewer & Drain technicians Zach & Christian. They were very knowledgeable, professional, personable, explained problem and corrective action. They arrived on schedule, cleaned work area etc. A1 was recommended to me by my daughter that used them about 2 weeks ago. I am very delighted with service & price. One Stop Plumping contacted me and provided me assistance with my plumbing issue. There was a misunderstanding between myself of them. My warranty company wasn't providing me all the necessary information regarding my claim and made false assumptions regarding the cause of the leak. 9/9/2020 Called today. Got service today. They got done today. Starting from the time I called to the time they left, it was a great experience working with them. Anthony the plumber person they sent out was fantastic. Im still over welmed by how great it all was. I work in the service industry and customer service is hard these days not being to be able to get supplies with everything going on in the world. Im giving them the blue ribbon and five stars from me. I would definitely use them again.

Quest pipe replacement and upgraded our water heater, and disposal. Also added gas to the kitchen for new stove. Estimate was extremely professional. We had 3 recommendations and Bertolino Plumbing included far more than the others. Technician was considerate, and cleaned up each day. We couldn't be happier with our choice!
