The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Was not happy with my bill being double of the amount of what I was quoted. Quoted 1,000 gals of sewage and less then one hour. Not a word about multiple tanks! $398.00. I live on 3 acres and I have 1 500 gal tank and 2 smaller 100 gal tanks. So less sewage and took then less then one hour. And My husband had all three tanks dug out. They said they billed me double because that’s the way they billed me last time. Wow I feel like they have always over billed me☹️.

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.

Outstanding customer service. Once the tech was on her way, I received a text indicating who was coming, an explanation of her qualifications, and a personal note about her interest outside of work. I received a phone call from the tech because the address was wrong in the computer. After she verified the address she told me how long it would take to arrive.When she arrived, she evaluated the problem and then got straight to work with prepping the work area to protect the counter tops and floors. She diagnosed the problem in about 10-15 minutes and presented two possible courses of action. She began working on the less expensive option until it became evident that was no longer possible. Then she continued fixed the problem and tested her work to make sure it was satisfactory. Tabitha provided outstanding service from beginning to end. Great Job!

Called A1 at almost 11pm due to my toilets and bathtubs being clogged as a result of the sewer mainline being backed up. Chris B was at my residence a little after 12am and was able to resolve the issue in no time. He also educated me on best practices for the line and for upkeep moving forward. Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

Very unprofessional. We scheduled a Saturday appointment for an estimate to replace Quest piping. Plumber was 15 minutes late and did not complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he told us we “needed to find someone else” to do the work and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time. Other plumbers have had no issues and it looks like we will be choosing another company for this work.

These guys really need to perform maintenance on van 1704. I think their accelerator is stuck and their turn signals are busted. Felt bad for the driver as he weaved in and out of traffic on I-64, must have been scary driving that fast and not being able to use your turn signals.

Purchased a new house and bought a washer/dryer and had a terrible clog in my drain pipe. Trey and Dalton came out that same morning (about a hour after my call) and spent over 2 hours at my home making sure everything was clear and that I was good to go with my washer. Trey kept me up to date throughout the process and was super helpful with all the questions I had.Finally ending off the appointment, they answered my questions about water shutoff and those new home buyer issues we all have when in a new residence.Highly recommend Atomic Plumbing and especially Trey and Dalton!

I've had two different plumbing tasks handled by Anthony, and am extremely impressed with how hard he works and how fast, and how well he does the tasks. He is not the first plumber that I have had do work in my home, and I am posting five stars as a carefully considered comparison. I had a plugged drain cleared (of a squirrel, no less), and bathroom faucets replaced. Anthony, of Cecilia's Home Repairs, responded to my drain blockage incident more quickly than other plumbers of my area. He was interested in performing quality work and using quality parts, cheerful, and quick about getting things done, and cleaned up after himself. I consider his pricing eminently fair, too.
