Excellent service! They are available 24/7. We have had to use them several times due to the fact that we own a turn of the century home. They came out right away and fixed our problems. Some of our problems have been extensive and some as simple as blowing out sewer pipes. Jennifer, in the office, is knowledgeable and efficient. She will not leave you hanging. 757Seven Cities Plumbing Service Shawn has been my plumber for almost 2 year since I move to the NN VA area. I use two other plumbers through my home warranty company which couldn’t fix the issue of the water flow in my kitchen sink. He knew what the issue was within in minutes of checking it out and fixed it . I have not had an issues with it since. I have called him back several times since he fixed the sink for issues in my 3 bathrooms from unclogging a drain/sewer to installing new toilets, and faucets. The most recent service was-repairing leak causes by another company work error, he was able to fix. He has alway been on time, know his profession extremely well, and no mess is ever left behind. All works has been in very timely manner and price is very fair. I have always been very blessed with his work and most grateful . Today, I had workers Carlos and Duke. They were awesome. I have a home warranty and the showers in both my bathrooms were clogging up along with both of my toilets one in each bathroom were leaking water on the floor(the seals were worn out). I had two other plumbing companies come to my home through my home warranty since last week but neither of them wanted to put the effort in to unclog me or stop my leaks. One company told me I had a leak in my main line that needed repair and the other company told me they did not want to snake me from my main line as the warranty company covered, but wanted me to pay them myself to snake my house from my roof. This was not the case with One Stop plumbing. Carlos and Duke worked diligently to unclog both of my bathrooms and changed the seals on both of my toilets. Now I can shower, and flush the toilet without any backup. Oh and the best part, they cleaned up after themselves. Swept and wiped down the floors, and cleaned the tubs leaving them smelling fresh and clean. Thank you One Stop Plumbing!
