The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

I'm a rental property owner in the city of Portsmouth, VA. My tenant called me with a water line leak that appeared to be coming from underneath the house in the crawl space. After having the water shut off A-1 Plumbing scheduled an appointment to take place within 24 hrs of the call. After their evaluation they were able to present a clear method of repair. The work needed was extensive and we required and were approved with financing through their company. They did all the work. Got all necessary permits and inspections for the repair. They even provided detailed photos of the work done in the crawl under my property. It was all overwhelming yet A-1 Plumbing made it all manageable. We were very pleased and impressed with the whole team of technicians. Thank you A-1 Plumbing

I called Mr. Rooter for repair of a leaking Quest water pipe connection. Sam Bailie was assigned the project & arrived within the designated time scheduled. He listened to my update regarding the leak (which was an additional leak I found after previous contractors had repaired a different section of the water line). I was given an estimate & Sam went to collect the materials needed for the repair. He was pleasant, professional, & wore a mask & shoe covers. Sam did a beautiful job repairing the leak. I am happy with the service he provided & with the customer service encounter when I called. Thanks Mr. Rooter & thanks Sam!

Ok charges for equipment tools used for a job. Separate $150 for a snake for my friend. This is not standard not cool

Lanthorn Plumbing took on the job of completely replumbing our 100 year old commercial building! They did a fantastic job and have remained very responsive and go above and beyond when we have run into clogs/etc. and needed ongoing help! They've responded immediately on several occassions in order to keep our business operative during plumbing issues! We would HIGHLY recommend!

This company was awesome. I called them and got a response right away. I didn't have to leave a message and wait days for someone to call be back. I called one other company before I called 757 Seven Cities. The guy took my name and number and told me that I would get a call back. I'm still waiting for that call back. It's been a month. 757 Seven Cities is my plumbing company for now on.

Called and left a message no return call. Called again the next day, still no return call on an emergency that needed fixed. Business couldn't give the courtesy to place a call back even if they were to busy, a call back would've been great. I'd go elsewhere

Mark was very fast on response time. The price was very reasonable and cheaper than most places i called. He also was pleasant and super easy to talk to as well. Wasted no time at all and terrifically efficient. You cant go wrong with Mark.
