The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.

Asher Sullivan was my technician and he was FANTASTIC! He showed up within the window that was scheduled and called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He also provided me with GREAT tips to help my A/C and furnace work more efficiently. Man I feel robbed. Gentleman said he would unclog the main line for 100 bucks. Sounds to good to be true. It was. He put a 6 inch pc of plastic in my bathtub and said sorry can’t fix it like this. Gonna be $567.00 an hour. I straight up asked him so I pretty much wasted 100 bucks. His response was yeah pretty much. Please don’t be fooled by them.
