S&K Just replaced my entire HVAC -- their staff were very friendly and knowledgeable -- and the installer even figured out how to fit the furnace into my attic without moving everything around, saving me money while saving their team time! Their prices are not the lowest in the area, but they are not the highest, and all of the charges were well thought out and explained. Would definitely use them again.

After 1 hour comfort left me with a blown AC and told me they’ll be back in a week to give me a second opinion I got lucky. Marvin was working next door with comfort counts. I asked if he could take a look at my unit. It was 5 o’clock in the afternoon and he had every right to say call the number and make an appointment. To my surprise Marvin said let me take a look. He diagnosed the problem In 5 minutes. The other company was here on the phone with tech support for 5 hours. I would of been happy with just this but then Marvin went above and beyond and checked if my unit still had any warranty left. It turns out it did. He returned two days later on a handshake with the part and had my ac working in an hour. I can’t express how truly thankful I am for Marvin and comfort counts. I have no doubt 1 hour heating and cooling was gearing up for an entire unit sales pitch and I was desperate in a heat wave with no AC and probably would of fallen for it. THANK YOU

We had an emergency plumbing situation! We called several plumbers, but because of the high volume time everyone turned us away. We called Bud's and no surprise they were completely booked up too; however, they took the time to listen to our issue and actually sent a tech out that was between calls. This tech not only took the time to diagnose the issue, but took the time to remediate the issue so we're could have some functionality until they could come out for the complete fix. We could not be happier with Bud's service. Everyone was polite, professional and knowledgeable.

I have a hundred year old house in Ocean View with all of the troubles that accompany older structures. These guys came out and did a great and efficient job on clearing tree roots from my sewer line. They are courteous, professional, and I like them so much I am going to ask them to do a larger repair job on the line to prevent the problem in the future. I dislike not doing work on my home myself because I am almost always disappointed in not only the quality of the work but the ineptitude and lack of care with the work that is done.
