These guys came out and did a great and efficient job on clearing tree roots from my sewer line. They are courteous, professional, and I like them so much I am going to ask them to do a larger repair job on the line to prevent the problem in the future. I dislike not doing work on my home myself because I am almost always disappointed in not only the quality of the work but the ineptitude and lack of care with the work that is done. After collecting price quotes from 6 different companies, we chose Sean to replace our hot water heater. He was the most reasonably priced and to top it off he was able to perform his service the very same day. It truly was a seamless process. He was very professional, helpful, great price and quick! This winter, Alex diagnosed a poor install job on my Navien combi-boiler (Michael & Son install!) that caused heat exchanger failure. After attempting an unsuccessful part swap, Alex was able to get me a warranty replacement unit. Alex then meticulously pre-configured the new unit for install with all the controllers, traps, and filters that the prior company *failed* to even consider; even fixed the intake. I really appreciated the detailed walk-through of the issues from Alex, the regular updates, and his patience and attention to detail.
