I wasted my Saturday waiting for the plumber that never came. They were supposed to come 9-11 am, I even called at 9 am to verify. At 11:30 I called them and they said they'd be here before 1pm. At 1:30 I called again and they said show within 90 minutes. Never. Showed. Up. I called them again and they didn't seem the least bit apologetic, they just kept saying that their guys were at different jobs and would come to my house next.

The plumber, Dave, was friendly, quick, and thorough. The remediation tech, Mark, was helpful in navigating insurance claim paperwork, answered all of my questions and was an excellent communicator.

I have dealt with Tommy Parker then his Son Mark, since I bought my home in 1977. From work on my furnace, air conditioner, plumbing and electrical work. They have always been there when I needed them. Expert work at a fair price. I am happy to recommend them.
