I just recently had to secure a plumber to rebuild our shower valve system due to continuous leaking over a period of time and then eventually it failed altogether. After calling several other companies I decided to go with Allday Plumbing Inc and was very pleased with the overall experience. From the timeliness of service, professionalism of the technician, quality of service and work performed as well as a very fair price point. I plan to utilize Allday for any further plumbing needs that I may require. My only regret is not having known about them sooner - would have saved a lot of $$ on my hotwater heater installation. Called Roto-Rooter to clean out a downspout drain line that goes under our concrete patio and our pool. The drain had stopped working and, unfortunately, we did not know exactly where the line ended! Mike arrived within a couple of hours and first tried with his smaller snake - no luck. He then brought out the BIG snake and finally found the end of the drain line and cleared it so water was flowing again. Seems our professional landscaper and simply ended the drain under one of the pool lines, about 6 inches below grade. I am surprised it worked as long as it did. Thanks to Mike for not giving up.

Their quote was much cheaper than several other companies we called. Their tech John was very friendly and completed the repairs.

A technician came to our home for 3 hours Thursday night & did not fix the problem. He said someone would be back first thing Friday morning... Friday around 1, not first thing, he came & was unprepared & did not fix the problem. He said he had to get a part & would be back between 5-6 that night. At 4:50pm, we were informed he was not coming back & we were without heat again in record breaking cold weather. On Saturday, he came & replaced the part within 45 minutes, still unprepared so we had to borrow a ladder again from the neighbors. He said he was not going to fight traffic to Newport News to get the part the previous day. William refused to answer any of my questions or tell me his name because I was the tenant. He was rude, unprofessional, late, unprepared, and apathetic. I recommended to the owner to NEVER use this company again.
