We had hired a gentleman from this company a few years ago to replace our exterior hose bibs. He did an excellent job.

This year we hired them back to take care of a leaky tub faucet and replace a kitchen faucet. It has been a disaster.

They never truly fixed the bath tub faucet and twisted it so badly they broke pipes and it has resulted in a very expensive job involving plumbing and drywall.

They also replaced the disposal on our sink, but left the pipes in such disarray, there was no adhesive used and the pipes leaked.

We have had to hire another plumber and spent hundreds of dollars fixing their mistakes

I will never use them again and would highly recommend against anyone using them. The people they sent out for this latest fiasco had no idea what they were doing and cost us a great deal of money. They refused to come out and do the job right.

Would recommend atomic plumbing to anyone. They sent out a great technician by the name of Ryan. Ryan did an excellent job after hearing the issue and quoting me a very fair (beating the other competition by hundreds) price Ryan went to work immediately and did the best he could to be as little invasive on my home while fixing a slab leak. After finding the exact place the leak was at far away from the location the leak finding people I paid 300 for stated it was at, he fixed quickly and explained the entire way. All I know is because of Ryan I will be using atomic plumbing from now on.

They came and fixed a leak and also did a tankless water heater flush. The guy repaired the leak pretty fast and thorough. He was friendly and professional. I would recommend them! Thanks so much!

Nothing but great things to say. Sean came out last minute at the end of his day to clear my clogged pipes. I called around and got around 10 quotes and he was by far the best quoted price. After the work was done he ended up charging us the lower end of his quoted price range. All in all I paid half of some of the quotes I was given. Great service, professional, efficient, no B.S. at all. He did exactly what he said he would and got the job done quickly.

The work done by everyone at Norfolk Plumbing is top notch. We’ve had them do scheduled work during the day and brought them out for emergency work at night and on weekends for both plumbing and boiler work. They have solved the problem quickly and completely every time.

Recently had a problem with a huge water bill and could not locate the problem. Jim came out and investigated every inch under the house and no leak was detected. We determined it must be in the water line in the yard and he arranged for a sonar evaluation to find the problem. It was found and the digging began. After all repairs were made everything was cleaned up and the area was raked nicely. I was so impressed I had him back the second time for new bathroom sinks and the third time for a new toilet. He is always on time and does a fabulous job.
