Bryon,The electrician that came out was very professional. He gave me many options of what I would like to do. I discussed it with him. I picked it an option and he went to work and I came out and looked and asked him if he needed anything and he said no and he kept working and then he said he had to go get a fuse box and then he came back and finished the work and I looked at it and it was very professional. I think the electrician was very professional at what he did

The folks from Russell's Heating and Cooling were great to work with. Jason did a great job installing the unit and Eric was great at the initial visit. Everything was explained in a clear manner and they were very efficient. Our new system works great so far (one month old)!

This is what Smith and Keene’s $1800 repair did to our AC. Frozen solid inside and out. Techs came out near 10 times and instead of searching for a refrigerant leak once they found the refrigerant was low, they “topped” it off and advised us our coil needed to be replaced instead. Had a different company come and tell us because of their lack of due diligence in finding the leak we likely have a damaged unit now also. Oh and their so called 24/7 emergency service is a joke! Takes them 3 days to come out every time. I’m sitting here with two toddlers in sweltering heat due to their ineptitude.

Nevie is a consummate professional as well as a first-rate plumber! He is very reliable and on-time. Since I live far from my property, I can rely on One Stop Plumbing to take care of the problem and be fair in pricing.

Everyone I have dealt with from this company are top notch. From the people answering the phones to the people coming out to and into my home. They are polite, professional, and often go out of their way to make the customer happy. Very knowledgeable and willing to pass on tips that might even mean they don't come out for another call.

Honestly I felt like they scammed my poor mother. First off we made an appointment for Friday and coincidentally they couldn’t make it until the weekend. Then when they came here I was in my bedroom and the gentleman that was dealing with my mother talked to her in an unprofessional manner. When my brother and I came out to talk about what was going to be the repair. They stated after the diagnosis that the bathtub was clogged up and we need to snake the bathtub. I asked him how much for the repair, he stated 495. Reluctantly i said ok and they proceeded... after maybe 45 mins of them attempting to do so they then stated that I need to have the whole bathroom remodeled for 5 thousand dollars.. I should have seeked elsewhere for professional diagnosis I honestly felt like they did nothing and I was charged 500 for some b/s.
