Best Gas Furnace in Chesapeake VA

Technicians arrived at scheduled time 9am removed an installed outdoor unit but when it was time to install the air handler was no where to be found. I had to call Russell's to find out where it was no one had a clue why would you schedule an install without having the unit and the air handler. And here it is 6 hours later and the job is still incomplete. I am very disappointed I wouldn't recommend Russell's to anyone. If I would've known all of this I would have went with Michael and son's.

They sent a repair tech for my mini split thats only 2 years old. Tech said its low on freon.He said I can fill it with freon or I can inject dye in it for about $350.00 and depending on what I find leaking could run up to $1000.00. Why cant he just use a freon sniffer and fine the leak? Millers is right (they sent a selling tech out not a true repairman)I dont blame the tech. I guess he was taught that from the company.Wont make that mistake again.

Very professional. Kem troubleshooted and diagnosed the issue with our AC units within seconds of his arrival. He knew what was wrong by listening to the unit. I have members of my family back in Alabama that work in the HVAC field; they are very good at it but Kem is above them. A-1 American is first - class! The technician, Steve Ruger called before he came, gave m an estimated time of arrival, and showed up as promised. He analyzed the problem, quickly made the plumbing repairs and tested the system before he left our house. Obviously A-1 American technicians are all top notch, or A-1 American wouldn't receive the accolades they richly deserve.
