Brian came out within less than an hour of me calling. Right off the bat he was kind. I explained what was happening and he went right under the sink to look. He presented me with a reasonable offer for the job. He had to snake our kitchen sink as it was clogged and backed up on both sides. He got the clog out and spent a decent amount of time testing to make sure there wasn’t water backing up again. He then replaced a part of piping that wasn’t correct. He cleaned up everything. He was even kind to my 4 year old daughter. Super friendly and personable. Would hire this company again and would hope Brian would be the plumber to come out. Great service!

Got a call from a tenant with a clogged main sewer line on Friday night - water backing up into toilet, sink and bathroom floor! Called Roto-Rooter and they came out first thing Saturday morning and took care of the problem. Service technician was very professional, informative, thorough and friendly. Not only did he unclog the drain, but he ran a camera thru the drain, showed me the problem, ran his snake through several times, then showed me the results. I highly recommend their services.

Made sure I understood exactly what they would do, but checked in with me during their install to make sure I was happy. I wish I could give these guys 100 stars.. I had a pipe in my bathroom break on friday night at 10pm. I called A-1 American Sat. morning and they said they would have someone come fix it at 2pm. They had a cancellation and Jimmy was at my house at 12pm. Jimmy was very knowledgable about the situation and after going to get the parts needed had it fixed in 30-45 minutes. Problem was fixed and have had no issues in the week and a half since.
