Best Frozen Pipe Repair in Chesapeake VA

I hired them to flush my tankless water heater, I felt their pricing was high but I was assured they did quality work. They did do a quality job and the service technician was informative. However I also needed to diagnose a problem with the water maintaining temperature during showers. The rate of $75 per half hour to diagnose and fix! I’m not sure if this is a regular rate for plumbers but I felt this was extremely high, especially when the technician was at my house for other services. Had that been the only service I needed and the technician wasn’t already at my home and that was the service fee, I might have understood.After the technician completed the flushed, I asked about the loss of temperature during showers and told him I had cleaned the igniters in attempt to fix the problem myself. He said that’s all he would have done and that combined with the flush should fix the problem. Unfortunately it did not but I am glad I didn’t pay the $75 per half hour to not fix the problem.

Great experience with Roto-Rooter; they were very professional, on time, and quickly took care of the problem. Shawn was extremely professional, helpful, and provided us with great guidance to help prevent any future issues. Roth-Rooter will be our go to plumber.
