The level of customer service I experienced from Premier Plumbing was extraordinary. They were called in by the manufacturer to solve a water heater problem caused by a different plumber. They came to my home several times to find the problem, fix the problem and be sure that it was fixed right. They had great follow through. Not only was the plumbing service excellent, but their home office staff is professional, helpful and friendly. I recommend them highly.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

I had my septic tank pumped out by Jacob who was very professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions, and did an outstanding job. I’m sure he is an asset to your business. Thank you Jacob!!!

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

The 2 technicians that came to work on my tub faucet were very nice and professional. They fixed a very leaky tub faucet that was gushing a lot of water. They explained what they did and the further work needed. The biggest thing I felt was they were not there to cheat me. I've been cheated or tried to cheat, so I'm always apprehensive when I need work done. These guys were very good and I thank them and will be contacting Michael & Son in the future. Excellent!! I called for a leaky sink and toilet. Two Plumbers arrived within two hours. they looked at toilet, changed the flapper and told me I should go to home depot and buy a flushmaster or something and looked at the sink and said i should buy new faucets for the sink as well. He actually made the sink worst playing with the handle. they push the float ball in the toilet down so that the water does not come up to level anymore so I am only getting half the water when flushing now. I called a real plumber to get this stuff fixed and all i got was a speech to go buy it myself an a $207.00 bill. They were here for 35 minutes, 10 changing that flapper, 10 sitting on my porch and 15 in their truck before they came in with the bill. I may call 10 on your side because I feel robbed. I will never use A1 again.....UPDATE.... The manager reached out to me and sent another plumber yesterday who was very nice and more important actually fixed my sink and toilet. I was charged another 128.50 for a now total of $336.00. that seems a bit expensive to me but I guess 200 dollars an hour is the going rate for plumbers. I appreciate the manager reaching out to me after the first review and getting someone there to actually fix my issues. I am happy with the work, but at 336 dollars I think the next time I will get with youtube and get my hands dirty.

Richardson Plumbing is an excellent business. The company replaced my water heater, toilet, and sink valves. The work was just completed, and so far, so good! The work was done on time and well. David Richardson takes the time to explain the issues with your plumbing and how he is going to fix it. He is a plumbing pro who obviously enjoys his work and brings the highest level of professionalism to the job. I highly recommend his services!

We had a small snafu with the City of Norfolk for my business. Some regulatory paperwork for a backflow valve got misfiled under the wrong address. Needless to say, it became a bit of an event when the Office of Cross Connections came in and wanted to shut off the water. Fortunately, AT Large was very responsive and handled the situation professionally, courteously, and promptly.

Mistakes happen, paperwork can get misplaced, etc. The important thing is making it right and being dependable when time is of the essence.

Ryan and Joey were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They clearly explained the issue and the work that needed to be done. They quoted us a price before starting any work. After the work was completed they showed us the finished product and provided helpful information about our new disposal. They also provided us with estimates for other projects we will have done in the future. I was impressed with both Ryan and Joey.

He showed up and immediately went into let's jack up the price mode!.. was going to spend 10 minutes in his van to right up an estimate to install a light fixture! I called the office and told them to tell him to leave!!! Add: I wasn't given a price to be upset with!. I was told someone would be out to INSTALL a light fixture! Not give an estimate! The light fixture was already removed!!! They were going to have to do a diagnostic testing to see if the line was live.. You turn on the light switch and test with a current probe. 2 Seconds. The whole interaction was terrible. Stop trying to rewrite history.
