After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

I contacted ALL DAY for problems with two toilets. They dispatched Jose The same day. He was professional and on time. My problems were taken care of right away. Although it was costly the timeliness was well worth it.

Came out for a last minute call. Did great work quickly and competently!

I received a recommendation for Tony and Sons from a FB group after a cold snap froze and burst a water line to our outside faucet. He was in the area and came by to take a look within 15 minutes of my initial call and was ready to make the repair the next day, though we had to push it off to the day after. Cleaned up after himself when he was done and warrantied his work. Appreciate the prompt response.

They are experienced professionals that know their work. They are a family business. I prefer a family company over a corporate chain. You can not beat them. They are honest and reasonable too. Was told on the phone the tech comes over, takes a look at the job, then provides a quote. They will proceed with the work if you are comfortable with the quote. The tech came over and went straight to installing the garbage disposal with no quote, then the bill was almost 400.00....Lines charges 180.00...wouldn't have accepted the service if they would have quoted me that first like they said. Feel like I got played. Tech was nice for what that's worth. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE QUOTE FIRST.Changed to a 5 star review. Was contacted by a manager and had the problem fixed for me. Thank you!

We called Jim out to give us an estimate to run our gas line to the kitchen. He was fast, came out the same day and was up front about there being a service charge when he arrived to give the estimate. When he arrived he said that he wasn’t even going to worry about the service charge. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We got our quote the following Monday and it was more than we felt we wanted to spend for gas in the kitchen, so we opted not to get the service. Because we liked Jim so much, we didn’t care to have another quote. If we were going to get gas in the kitchen we wanted him to do it. When we called him to decline the service he told us that we had to pay the service charge if we were not getting the service. This was fine with us as he did come out , on a Saturday, and put time into looking at the house. I would say the only concern in preventing me from giving a 5 was that one week after I received the invoice in the mail, he was calling wanting payment. I usually pay bills every two weeks in a batch and they just hadn’t happened yet. I had the money so it went in the mail. If the money was needed that soon, I wish he could have made that known and picked up a check from the house or something. I also wish when he was at the house he would have said “I’m not worried about the service charge as long as you buy the service”. I also think about people that HAVE to wait until they get paid to pay the invoice, but he may well work with those people. Overall, highly recommend.
